Great Condition , Ordered Black Received White.
Product arrived Early. iPad Included Charger cord Only. it has been on the Activation Screen for a while even after cutting off and restarting. Great Quality. Size is just like the description.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
This product was really bad. The seller sold it under false presence. The seller knew this iPad didn’t work but chose to sell it anyway, so dishonest. Not only is it locked but it’s also scratched up which I could have dealt with but for it not to work is another issue. The seller knew it didn’t work.

This iPad is very old. It can only update to IOS12. You canât download much on it. Its also pretty slow. I think for children this would be good. Otherwise itâs just mediocre.

I read the reviews saying they couldnât create an account, I would suggest creating the account from your phone first or another device and use it to sign in on the iPad because thatâs what I did and I didnât have any issues I was able to sign in and download apps

Will keep, but has significant problems
I’ve bought referbs before and there’s always something. The adapter plug works, but the power cord does not work and must be replaced. The Home Button identifies fingerprint just fine, but won’t function for a double tap to bring up the main screen. The battery is now taking a charge, but very slowly. While the screen is on, the back feels warm to the touch – definitely over 100 degrees F. Other than that, the Ipad mini functions as it should. I will keep it. Also, a 1/4 inch strip of the screen along the home button side is not projecting correctly. The battery max ability is 57 percent. I really don’t know what they refurbished. Nothing was refurbished.

Exactly what I needed
I knew this would not update to current software, or have apps for various games. I just wanted to have a device that is larger than my phone, and smaller than my iPad to download my Kindle books. The Kindles Amazon sells just feel awkward to me. This iPad mini is perfect for my needs.

How can a unit be refurbished when apps cannot be downloaded from the app store. I simply wanted a tablet I could use on a plane for entertainment. This unit will not download kindle books nor any entertainment app.Totally useless anytime. It should never have been sold, instead it should go into the electronic recycle. At least something about this device was right…refurbished and recycle…they both start with re!Also had dings on the corners AND I have to pay return postage on a NONFUNCTIONAL unit!

The iPad itself is in good condition little scratches on the body but for a 12 year old iPad itâs great . But it is slow as it is 12 years old but to be expected, canât update to iPadOS 16 but to be expected for a 2012 device . All in all if you just want an iPad to watch tv and light web browsing this is great for that. Great value for money.
