Not bad at first, but still disappointing.
The unit arrived in pristine condition, with only a very minuscule scratch on the screen. Unfortunately, the caveat with this particular iPad was that it’s damaged internally and keeps restarting itself at random times. I did try updating the OS and doing a bit of troubleshooting, but it keeps happening anyway. Luckily for me, many good apps these days have auto-save features, so it stops a bad situation from getting worse.For me sadly, this is a dealbreaker and I will be returning it soon, but for someone who only uses the iPad casually, maybe the $600+ in savings is worth it.

Looks good but overheats and a short life battery.
I like Apple but it is getting harder to pay the price when the tablets overheat and battery life is not good at all. 2 hours of use without Bluetooth, location, etc on as these can eat up power if you don’t need those services when you are using it. Most of the time I was just browsing and emails not other apps. I bought this one as the “smart home” main controlling device. I am hoping it won’t matter too much in the long run. Good side is all the other items work well including Homekit. Doesn’t drop as much as some android devices, quick, great refresh rates, video features are great.

Great product. The Ipad was really in like-new condition. It only needed to be charged to be ready to go. My only complaint was that the sim card was not compatible with my carrier, but that is an easy fix. Otherwise outstanding value!

BE WARY OF THIS SELLER
iPad arrived – looked fine, no cosmetic defects, immediately after installing the update, the iPad went into a red screen of death loop. I took it to the apple store and after running their diagnostics, basically said the whole hardware and battery were shot. So, essentially, I bought a nice looking piece of plastic. I looked at the seller reviews and I am not the only one with this issue. I chose to swap it for a new one with Apple rather than return, due to the fact the seller reviews on returns are frankly, not that great either. Be very careful dealing with these folks.
