Refurbished and works like new !
This was a refurbished older iPad, and it arrived in perfect condition, had everything it needed, and I was able to set it right up and pair it with my other Apple devices.It is an iPad Pro, so it has all of the extra Pro features, but is just old enough that it does not have Face ID, which is not a big thing with me. It does still update, and this is a great size iPad.

Not Rose Gold
Dented, not the color described, and a brighter spot in the middle of the screen. It has also glitched to the Lock Screen a few times.. couldâve bought the gold iPad if I wanted gold and wouldâve gotten it cheaper.

Not happy at all.
I was very unhappy with this product. About a week after I received it, it froze up on me and would not turn off. So I tried to hard reset it and the only thing it would do was go to a white screen with the apple logo on it. That’s all it would do. I couldn’t turn it back on. So I brought it to a computer hospital and they said it was a short or hardware problem. They couldn’t fix it. So now I have a $400 paperweight. Very unhappy. Will never buy anything refabrecated again. And more then likely nothing from Amazon.

Item was not upgraded and was locked even took to the Apple Store but they could not help. I sent back and still have not received a refund
