Iâm not one to buy ârefurbishedâ things but I wanted to find an ipad that was a good price. This fits all of my criteria. It was an easy set up, convenient delivery, and great quality. I had to mess around with the set up a little bit because I had to get the newest IOS 16 on it, in which I had to connect to my computer, but it was an easy process! I love the size of this and cannot wait to use it for my grad school coming up this fall. Itâs perfect

Died after arrival
This worked for a few months, though the battery life and charging speed was abysmal. Then it died on me one day and I had to get it replaced by Apple. My new one has better battery life and charging speed and is still going strong after more than a year. Great product in general but mine was definitely defective.

But this product as a work tool. If performed marvelously for eight months and now it wonât charge. Worst purchase at Amazon EVER
DO NOT BUY! This arrived today it is old like very old, the screen is scratched… it does not charge or turn on. I am getting the runaround trying to return it. I am not used to being treated this poorly by Amazon. I got asked a ton of questions about the product that literally will not turn on or take a charge. Then they wanted to open a ticket with the seller. I can not just drop it off at an Amazon Kiosk or return center I have to ship it back to them. The only good part is that if I use UPS it is prepaid and I do not have to spend the money to ship it back to them. Horrible !
