A Really Great Deal, Great Product
I am so glad I made this purchase!I was looking for an art tablet for my daughter, who is pretty hard on electronics (which made it tough to stomach the thought of buying a brand new iPad).The iPad came very well packaged, and was nice and secure in its box and bubble wrap. They included a charger as well.While there were a couple of absolutely tiny scratches on the corner of the screen, and a tiny bit on the body (they are BARELY noticeable), the iPad all together looks almost brand new. It works great – when I received it, it had been factory reset and was ready to go. Even had a little bit of charge on the battery.Additionally, the customer service from the company has been great. They’ve been very conscientious in making sure that the iPad is working correctly and is satisfactory.I’m so glad I made this purchase! My daughter has been very happy with her iPad (which is safely in a really sturdy case, too, just to be sure!) and loves creating art with it. Definitely recommend this vendor!

An Impressive Refurb…..
I keep a healthy amount of skepticism when it comes to refurbished electronics in general, but having had a good experience with a refurb HP computer from Amazon, I decided to try my luck again. I have so far been very impressed. After spending a few weeks checking this iPad Pro over, it really has nothing that raises my concern. Other than the fact that I received an iPad that was both wifi and cellular rather than just wifi, nothing has been out of the ordinary. Speakers, charge port, camera, flash, buttons…..everything functions flawlessly. A superb refurbishing job. The fact that this is the first iPad I have owned that has cellular leads me to some important information that I need to share with others that may be considering purchasing this particular iPad Pro model. I do not have cellular service for this device, therefore, it has no SIM card. Upon receiving this iPad and charging it, I proceeded to update to iOS 15.4.1. Everything proceeded smoothly until the update attempted to verify with Apple and became stuck there. I researched the issue and tried several things to rectify it to no avail. I finally stumbled upon a forum of other owners facing the same issue who had found that popping out the SIM tray allowed the update to proceed normally. Whatever this does, it works, and the update will verify as intended. Beyond this particular quirk, I highly recommend this product.

So Far So Good
So I bought this iPad because Back Market screwed me over and had to give me a refund for my iPad Pro 9.7. The problem with the other one was that the battery kept dying very fast. So I was skeptical about buying this one because I was worried I would have the same issue but when the amazon iPad came it looked basically new. I don’t know if there is a problem with my chargers or if it’s a problem with the iPad but it charges slowly. I’ve only had it for a day now so I can’t say if the battery is as bad as my old iPad. Also, it came a day early than expected so that was nice. It was also wrapped snugly with bubble wrap in a cardboard box fit for an iPad. So far I have no complaints but will update if I find any significant issues.UPDATE: Ive used the iPad for sometime now and the battery is DEFINITELY better than the previous iPad i had. I watched countless youtube videos, used my notes app to write, and played games on it and the iPad was only at around 60% which is pretty good considering my older iPad wouldve had to recharge after all the usage. I would recommend buying an iPad from this seller.

Renewed is exactly as it implies
I just received this iPad pro 9.7″ and I am very pleased with it so far for it’s price. I also bought a renewed apple pencil to go with it and they paired perfectly. I have never owned an apple product in my life and it was a bit hard to figure it out, but doable. I bought this for procreate and basically a portable device for my business as my laptop is quite heavy. I downloaded all the apps I use on my samsung phone and then some, no problems anywhere with that. It turned on and was at 88% and an hour later is on 72%, so a decent battery so far. The price was amazing for what I got and hope I don’t have to update this review with something bad. The only issue I have is a giant scratch across the back of it, but I’ll always have a case on it, so no one will ever see it anyway. Glass screen protector went on and case went on just fine! Excited to use this for my business, and glad I wasn’t one of the duds that these reviews talk about.

Great iPad, Seller cares and stands behind the work
This refurbished iPad was purchased for my boyfriend’s mother as a replacement for one she had that was destroyed. It was purchased in November 2023 and it still works beautifully as intended. She loves the ipad, it was easy to set up. The seller contacted me to make sure everything was working well AND that we were happy with it. I would definitely seek them out to purchase from again.

Not happy
Many scratches on the iPad and very noticeable and it is filthy and taking forever to charge!!! Not worth what we spent but sadly no time to return and buy elsewhere in time for Christmas. Yes it was refurbished but we buy refurbished all the time and weâve never had anything come in such poor condition.
