Speakers was busted
Oh my computers, Iâd like to use external Soundsystem for DJ, seven months later I went to use my laptop and found that the speakers were busted, it was too late to send it Back. So Iâm having to deal with it.

Product stats through as advertised but exterior very scratched up. Price should have been reduced.
I am always a bit wary of buying a used computer. This is my first time buying through Amazon refurbished. The laptop arrived quickly and I was impressed by the contents in that they were true to advertise and so far the laptop works just fine. I was disappointed in the products casing though. It was very scratched up and even had a few strange patches of what felt like bubbling or rusted material. It worries me that if the laptops skin is that scratched up that there may have been quite a bit of physical abuse to the product originally. Itâs too early to see how that will affect my use, but with this said I think it shouldâve been priced a little bit lower. If nothing else for peace of mind.

I had ordered and then canceled laptop. I day later I changed my mind and decided to go ahead and purchase a laptop. After the purchase I noticed that the first laptop had not been canceled. I freaked. But Certified Resellers made this horrible experience go away. They were understanding, and ready to help, promptly too! I HIGHLY recommend Certified Resellers!

What did that mean? Apple customer service told me that it means the third party seller installed hardware that is not Apple certified. I was unable to install apps. So it was useless for my purpose. I returned it, and am hesitant to buy from third party.

We bought 2 for our high school aged kids. They are easy to use and set up. Easily linked from their iPhones using their Apple ID. We did have an issue where one of the touch pads was not responsive, but using an external mouse seemed to solve that problem. All together an easy purchase, no major problems or issues.

Greatest investment going into 2024
All right pick up this MacBook Air because I needed software that was a little bit more up to date than the HP I was using prior to for my djing. And links up perfectly with my DDJ sr2 it’s very smooth it’s very fast and I primarily use it just for work. The graphics are gray and the panel on top of the keyboard makes accessibility very easy with just a touch.
