I recently ordered this for school i was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my laptop came in same day in excellent condition its fast, the speakers work great, also came with a brand new charger 10/10

Piece of garbage
I got this refurbished. I have had multiple problems since I got this. The keys are not working properly. The touch screen is not working. Then the battery is not staying charged. I work at a school and I purchased this so I could stop using my school district issued chrome book. It is sad for me to say that the school district issued chrome book is working better than this is. I also purchased a protection plan and they are refusing to fix this under the warranty. They are telling me that if I want them to fix it that I will need to pay for it and it will cost at least $400. I did not even spend $400 for the thing to begin with so I refuse to spend at least that amount to get it fixed. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have not heard back. The address they gave is a bogus address in Texas. Then I looked online and there is no phone number that I can find. I finally told them that if I do not hear back within a certain time frame that I am going to my bank to file a fraud complaint. Then file a complaint with consumer protection. I feel scammed out of my money.

obviously since itâs refurbished mine came with very little scratches on the bottom and a tiny mark on the scene. the battery works decently and my keys all work well! i think it just depends on what kind of laptop you get. mine came with a sticker kind of case but i just peeled it off because it felt weird. but you can request a return if you get a bad one. but iâm satisfied with my purchase!!! â¥ï¸â¥ï¸ itâs a little outdated so the settings look different but it connects to my phone and lets me do my schoolwork and other things. the camera quality is decent but pretty good still. it doesnât get too warm even if i use it for a few hours. the battery lasts about 4-5 hours for me. the only thing is the plug in for the battery is a bit big but other than that i love it!

I really do love this MacBook. It may be a bit old and has a few battery problems. But if I keep it charged it works very well. Since it’s an older version try not to run several things at the same time or else it will run slow but other than that I love it!!!

I bought this laptop for school and it works really good I was worried with the reviews but everything seems to be working well there was two minor dents on the corners but it doesnât bother me I would recommend but it does get a little hot (update the speaker started sounding distorted and crunchy I had to return and get an I pad instead take your chances with something else this is a 2015 model anyway itâs likely to crap out on you eventually

Speakers Defective
I expected minor flaws on the outside but the speakers on this laptop barely worked. Everytime I play audio itâs a loud crackling sound that comes from the speakers. It overpowers the audio so I can really only listen to audio with headphones. Was expecting for $300 everything would atleast work decently. was quoted $200 just to get the speakers replaced, no way! Also, THE DAY AFTER the laptop completely QUIT WORKING & only popped up with a link for Apple support! Definitely returning ð¡
