I just received this today, and also returned it today. It wouldnât even turn on. I called Apple support and we tried to troubleshoot. They said it was a physical problem. If I wanted to fix it I would have to pay for it myself and there would be no warranty. I made an appointment at the Apple store to buy something new. Donât waste your time on this.

I took a chance on this product as the price seamed like a bargain. Im glad i did when I received the macbook and unboxed it it looked espectacular well taken care of. It came with the charger and it looked brand new. I plugged it in and updated it as it needed to boot up. Computed started really slow but as it started to warm up it has a reasonable speed( keep in mind it is a 10 year old computer) but nether the less pretty satisfied with this purchase. Have no mayor dents or scratches i hardly see one on the corner but i was expecting way worse. I was so satisfied i bought my little brother one as well to start him off in his technology development early on. Would recommend 10/10 if you don’t care for the latest models and what to do some work or use it to play Roblox online works great.

The computer has worked well hardware wise.
Hardware wise no complaints. However when I bought this I thought I was getting a refurbished MacBook Pro that had the latest MacOS and would function as well as a newer one. It doesnât it has the last update of high sierra and the newest apps and programs wonât work with it. They need to tell you that you canât upgrade to 14 Sonoma at all the newest you can go is Catalina.

Not the best
I got the MacBook back in October and I have used it ever since. some time during the beginning December I left it on top of the headboard of my bed the silver layer of the MacBook started to peel as if it was melting. SoI wiped the parts that was âmeltingâ off and plugged it in.It still works but the MacBook itself is slow it take a while to open any app or browsing application.Sometimes I have to shut it down or restart it but I guess for the price itâs better than nothing.
