Looks and Works Like Brand New!
Looks brand new and runs great. I am a power user, often running multiple virtual machines or docker containers at the same time. This rig has never once noticeably slowed down, it is a great workhorse. When I took it out of the box it looked brand new. Very pleased with this purchase!

False advertising, nightmare customer service, buyer beware
Pros:Shipped and arrived fine.I liked the product, 13″ Macbook Pro.Cons:I took it to the Apple Store immediately upon receiving it to have them check out the hardware. It was a good report.Once I started using it I realized quickly that the charger was not Apple and not working right. Product page clearly stated Apple Brand charger with 1 year Apple warranty, however they sent a third party charger and it did not work. It is well known that Apple products don’t work well with off brand stuff. When I contacted them, at first said they would ship out the right charger immediately. Within minutes that was rescinded and they only offered a return for refund. Why would I want to send back the entire computer when the issue is likely the crappy charger they sent to scam people into paying for products they have no intention of providing.I tried for over a week to get a human to engage me to get the product I actually paid for, to no avail. Amazon customer service was equally obtuse and remiss, supporting the seller that had clearly scammed a member. I went round and round and round, going on 2 weeks I finally got a competent customer service associate and he wound up giving me an Amazon credit for the purchase price of the Apple charger. While that is great for me, it is a terrible way to do things, and I had to fight hard to get that.I informed the seller that the Apple charger cured the charging issue, imagine that! The seller only had one message, how to return the product, and kept sending the same thing over and over and over again. It was infuriating. Then I notice that external devices were self ejecting and giving error messages, which can corrupt data and kill drives. I also noticed that the ports were responsive most but not all of the time, I would have to fuss and move stuff around to get everything mounted and accessible. As well, it seemed to take a long time to move files for a 32GB RAM computer. An Amazon associate told me the way to address the seller’s fraud was to open an A-Z claim, that actual humans would investigate the seller’s behavior. What a circus of incompetence that was. No humans ever engaged me, I had no record of the “conversation” and the only thing I ever got was repeated requests for “more details” but no information at all about what they wanted… every time I would give the details of the process I got no response other than the next request for details. Then it was just closed. No one ever investigated anything, the customer service chat that switched associates every 3 minutes, quite literally, and none of them seemed literate and it was the same aggravating experience that the seller offered, made even worse by Amazon no loner offering transcripts of chats (likely to make it harder to hold them accountable), we are expected to screen shot them which can get absurd when the associates changing every few minutes and the whole process takes hours and hours.I took it back to the Apple Store, they kept it for several days and ran all the tests they had, report was still good. They could not explain why it was not working right. They gave me a phone number for Apple support to do remote access to the laptop. This finally revealed the issue, it was the OSX, the software, and Apple has no way to fix it, it cannot be reverted to a previous OSX so they told me to return it, it will never work properly. So, as a customer, I did all my due diligence, I took the laptop to Apple 2 times plus remote access, and the seller never asked what I found out, they only sent the same message over and over again. I strongly suspect the exact laptop is already being sold to the next unwitting “member.” In other words, I did the job the seller should have done. When I finally did send the laptop back, the shipping was the slowest and longest possible, almost 2 weeks with so many opportunities for accidents and damage. They did promptly refund once they received it, which was a small consolation for the utter ordeal Amazon and Always Less Than Apple put me through, literally almost 3 months of unnecessary nonsense. In the end, Amazon supported their scammer seller and not the paying member; the seller made no attempt to work with me (even to their own benefit) and the entire experience was a nightmare. The only reason I am trying to buy a laptop on Amazon is the 90 day warranty, the best warranty out there, and it often takes that long to figure things out when dealing with devices like these. Buy at your own risk. BBB rating for Always Less Than Apple is “F.”I am trying to buy another laptop and I have noticed something (each experience teaches me something new to look for) … when the product was in my cart, each time I would click on the product page the seller listed would change. Post purchase, going to the product page from My Orders, the same thing is happening. Looks like shenanigans to me.I hope sharing this is helpful to others.

La MacBook Pro viene en excelentes condiciones, me llegó un día antes de lo esperado y la verdad tiene detalles que visualmente son complicados de ver, hasta ahora 9/10, me hubiera gustado que mínimo el cargador fuera original por el precio que se paga.
