Awesome Laptop
Ordered: Late 2019 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.4GHz Intel Core i9 (15.4 inch, 32GB RAM, 1TB) – Space Gray (Renewed)Wanted i9 MacBook Pro because that’s one of the last Macs that allows you to use Boot Camp to install Windows. You can easily switch between MacOS and Windows. Can’t do that with M1 & M2 chips. Have to say I’m shocked at the quality of this laptop. I believe some of the negative reviews are from people that don’t understand what they are ordering. I knew I wanted an i9 with 1 TB. The 32GB Ram was an added bonus. Also, this was labeled as excellent condition (which it is). Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Touch bar has a glitch and battery life wonât last more than 1 hours using google meets.

Battery Life Abysmal
Purchased this refurbished 2019 15″ MacBook pro. I like the lightweight, but I don’t think that the refurbisher installed a new batter as the battery drains 80% with lower than normal use in two hours. This is a faster drain than my 2015 16″ MacBook pro running several applications simultaneously. I may be returning this machine unless the refurbisher is willing to install a new battery or pay for new battery installation. I like the machine otherwise, but I need the portability not a smaller desktop computer.

Better than expected
The MacBook arrives before time and was in a very good shape with very minor scratches on the bottom, screen is very clean.144 battery cycles which is pretty much what I would expect.Laptop was in the acceptable category and nevertheless I would designate it to the excellent category.

Refurb obvious
Decent value but def can see wear patterns from previous use. Aggravated that my âMâ key doesnât always work as it should. Iâd return/exchange it but I finally got this one set up. Not very excited about Apple these days.
