Like new!
This Mac Pro is like new.. Has functioned with the expected efficiency of a Mac. My only criticism would be shipping packaging. The shipping box was partially crushed and the laptop was enveloped in a very thin bubble plastic envelope. There was a token piece of heavy brown paper tucked in the box but so little that the laptop was sliding around loose.

MacBook was in poor shape.
They claimed it was in excellent condition and it hand scrapes, dirty ports, battery life wasnât great, the back looked like it was taken apart by a 5 year old. Itâs also taking more than 3 weeks to get a refund

Great Refurbished MacBook for the price
The laptop works great so far after setup, is very fast and only a few minor scrapes on the top and half a dozen on the bottom which I’ll never look at anyway. This is a great value for someone wanting a MacBook Pro with a Chromebook budget, I would definitely buy from them again if my wife or kids ever need a laptop.There is already a warning about the battery capacity.. but hopefully nothing that causes issues in the immediate future.My only other complaint was the laptop was shipped with a small layer of bubble wrap and no additional packing for protection. The charger and laptop were loose in a box that was 2″ tall with no fragile warning, but everything showed up working great so it’s hard to complain it wasn’t sufficient enough.

En la descripción del producto se indicó fue revisado y pasó los controles de calidad, la pantalla tiene manchas internas o desgaste, rasgadura, lo que sea que dependiendo la posición de la misma al trabajar se nota y es un tanto molesto ya que la luz interna se refleja y hace ver una decoloración, en cuanto a lo demás no hay problema, pero es una publicidad engañosa

Bad battery, malfunctioning trackpad, fan going nonstop
On first day using it, after charging, laptop dies when it hits 45% battery. Pretty weird, so I reset the SMC because the watermark might be off. Doesn’t fix it. I notice several gestures on trackpad don’t work, and there are no “click” sounds or feel when I click. Fan never stops going, all processes are extremely slow (remember, this is a 16GB RAM computer and I am not doing anything other than browsing the internet at this point). I take it to Apple service, they tell me that despite only having 5 cycles, the battery is “bloated”, which means it was either bad quality to begin with or stored poorly/for a very long time. They tell me it might be pushing the trackpad up and might be causing the overheating and other problems, but they can’t service it because it was handled “unofficially” (whatever that means).UPDATE: I had to replace the entire topcase for $750 dollars, and found out that this computer is a 2.5GHz, not the 2.8 described in the product title. JemJem has shown no willingness to help even with the cost of repairing this horrible, misadvertised product, so I cannot more strongly recommend that no one buys a product from them. For the $1840 I already put into this computer I could have bought a newer one directly from Apple.
