Stolen product will not replace item bad cheap company
The product was in old condition but that doesn’t help if they sold me a laptop that was stolen from a school. Be Very careful when buying from JemJem they are NO Help whatsoever. They talk about we’ll replace your item but once I told them that the laptop was not working and was configured to a school they refused to help. Horrible and unauthentic customer service! Worst decision I ever made! I would not put my faith in this it’s like a lottery you’ll win or lose and they don’t help customers at all. They just sell stolen products that don’t work
