Works as it is supposed too.
This HDMI adapter for my Air One worked great. It was easy to use you just plug in all the cords and your ready to go. It worked fine with my Air One and TCL glasses and the Picture quality was as expected. Video and sound was great playing my PS4 through my Air One glasses using the adapter so it had no compatability problems. The price is fine and a deal compared to what the Glasses brands will charge for their adapters but my only complaint is the build quality could be better. It feels like cheap aluminum. It also makes the hairs on my neck stand up whenever the adapter scrapes or touches a hard surface. Like nails on a chalkboard. I actually thought of painting over the casing just to the cheap “metal” doesn’t make that scraping sound.

Great when it works
This adapter is a complete waste of money. It’s doesn’t provide a stable connection to my iPhone. The image quality is inconsistent and the latency is noticeable. The charging feature is a nice idea, but it doesn’t work reliably.I’ve tried using it with different apps and games, but the experience is always disappointing.

Not overly useful
Honestly, I used this for something specific a few weeks ago, I think I connected my iPhone 14 Pro Max to a pair of XR glasses using this, but I had to have a lightning to HDMI adapter which is like another $50 if you get the apple version, and I think it’s just so much it ends up really not being worth it.Since then I got an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and now I really have no use for this and it’s so much easier being able to just use the iPhone directly with the glasses now since it has usb-c instead of having to use any kind of attachment like this.Honestly, I’m giving this 4 stars because it did work when I tried it, but my recommendation is to take the money you would put towards this project and any other attachments you’d need, and instead just go upgrade to one of the newer ish iPhones (anything 15 series or newer) that has USB-C, it’s a MUCH easier time and works so much better.

Works Great!
I tested this out to be able to use my XREAL Air glasses with older devices that dont support video out over USB-C. This adapter was able to easily display an image from my computer, xbox, and other HDMI devices. In addition, although it has external power it also seems to be able to get power from the HDMI! On many devices I was able to just use the HDMI cable without the additional USB cable for power. Overall the product worked the way I expected without hiccups.

Great HDMI to AR/XR Glasses Converter
This is a great option for a smaller hub that acts as a way to use an HDMI device with your AR/XR Glasses. I tested this with my XReal Air 1 glasses connecting it to a number of devices such as my Xbox Series S, PS4, an older laptop with HDMI out only, and a docked Nintendo Switch. This is great and the fact its setup allows you to use your own HDMI cable and USB C cables for all the attachments makes this super easy to use even though it already included everything you’ll need except the devices. The casing is pretty sturdy but maybe not as finished as it should be with it being an all-metal casing that had a rough edge on mine at least but nothing that i couldn’t smooth out myself.

Good device in a low quality case
So this converter works pretty well. I connected it to my Xbox which then was connected to my Xreal 2 Pro glasses. The thing about this device is that the case of it is cheap metal with super sharp edges. Now, it’s not sharp enough to cut you, but it’s definitely sharp enough to dent or scratch a glass screen or a case while it’s bouncing around in a bag. It really is that uncomfortable to use. I wouldn’t trust it in a gear bag without some cover or bag around it.It’s really too bad it’s so sharp because it would definitely get a spot in my travel bag.
