I purchased a similar board from newegg and it arrived DOA. This board is great and thanks to amazon I was able to enjoy finally building my pc.Anyways the board does its job and I haven’t had any issues except for one thing I learned: you have to be very careful with the gpu release lever as too much pressure in the wrong area can break it. Try using a pencil eraser and gently push the lever down. You will not hear a click or feel feedback so you have to look to see if the lever went down.Overall the mb is great I have not had any issues with wifi or bluetooth. Decent board
Decent board. Ran great until my power supply died and had to go through the RMA process for the motherboard and processor. Which was relatively pain free, other than being without my new computer and having to pull my old one back out… Didn’t have the money to buy a new power supply and wanted to wait to be able to upgrade the GPU, so after coming back the RMA parts went into my closet.Well, was able to recently order a new GPU and PSU and pulled out the RMA’d parts to build my computer to discover the board ASRock sent back wasn’t the same board I sent them and it had bent socket pins. Contacted their support and they told me too bad, bent socket pins voids the warranty and I should have checked the RMA when it arrived… which why would ASRock send back a defective board!?Disappointed because now the board is a paperweight.

Cheapest Good AM5 Motherboard
Pros- Can tighten DRAM secondary and tertiary timings automatically in BIOS by setting DRAM Performance Mode to Aggressive.- PCIe slot #1 Gen 4×16 and slot #4 Gen 4×4 both connected directly to CPU.- M.2 slot #1 Gen 5×4 and slot#2 Gen 4×4.Cons- Takes 30 seconds to POST, even after the initial memory training. AMD is supposedly working on this. [Edit 2/27/23] BIOS update 1.18.AS04 AGESA ComboAM5 1.0.0.5c has fixed this. POST times now under 15 sec.- Only 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 on rear, but 1 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and 1 Type-C.- Only 1 fan header above CPU, and it only outputs 1A so might not drive a water pump + fans. The CPU2 2A header is at the rear near the audio outputs and a bit hard to access with GPU installed.Review- Currently the cheapest yet still decent AM5 motherboard.- B650 supports everything I need, and fits on a Micro ATX board. You don’t really gain much with a full sized ATX B650 board because the PCIe lanes of the chipset are almost maxed out. However, an X670 board would benefit from full ATX.- Mine did not have a sticker over the RAM slots, but I heard it’s hard to get off.

No complaints, good job ASRock.

Board came in perfect condition, just wish it was clearer that it does NOT support SATA SSD integrated into the board where the nvme slot is. Yes sata fits but is not supported. This being my only gripe I am happy to give this 5 stars. The board was packaged properly and had no defects. Installation was also a breeze.

An actual pretty decent and stable budget board.Has everything you want, and works like a charm. (If using external sound card like you should)Memory training takes a whilebut after that you’re golden.
