Nearly a Month In and I Approve
So far I love this purchase.It was delivered to my door, I signed for it, and the entire thing looks beautiful. I registered it for 1-year accidental damage production easily, updated everything, and every time I boot it up, it starts in 15 seconds or less.The battery life to me is fine because I’m not away from a wall mount long enough, it charges to 80% capacity (Which is what I want to preserve the battery) in 30-50 minutes for 3-5 hours of run time. I’ve played one or two heavy games on it and it runs smoothly. I got a moft stand to help elevate it so I can see the second screen easily, I adjusted to the new keyboard, and overall, it’s worth the purchase.The two minor issues I have is the power block is big so placing it out of view is tricky at times, and if I put the laptop to sleep or close the lid then return to open it, it’s a challenge to hook it back onto wifi. But that’s easily rectified by restarting it since it really doesn’t take more than a few seconds. It’s also not that heavy since I usually carry this, my water bottle, and a notebook around with me. So it serves my everyday needs and my recreational needs.I especially like how everything’s customizable. All in all, I’m glad I got this product.

Great laptop. The second screen is more of a novelty – would be better if the height could be adjusted.Finding a stand that is the right height is probably the #1 thing you need if you get this laptop.

Fullhouse for development
I bought this laptop mainly for development, sometimes for gaming. I don’t like to use external displays, this laptop provides extended layout for work: first screen used for development IDEs, second for email/chatting and music controls, both displays are great and have fast refresh rate, keyboard/sound are also great. This version of laptop has Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB SSD, which uses maximum of PCI Express 3.0 bus, and I personally felt significant improvement over my previous laptop with Ryzen 7 4800H with 1 TB 970 Evo Plus

Have to throw it out
The computer was experiencing issues that forced me to factory reset it. However, the computer experienced some glitch during the windows 10 reinstallation from the disk itself. This caused me to being completely being unable to access the computer at all. I’ve tried everything I can but it won’t work. Unfortunately for me, the laptop was essentially a waste of money.

not as advertised but overall a decent computer.
i bought this laptop a month ago, and i’ve tried everything to get it to perform the way it is said to perform.it says 300hz at 1920 by 1080 res. or 4k at 122hz. that is a lie. at most this laptop can do 1920 by 1080 at 60hz or 4k at 60hz.the second monitor is awesome and works as advertised and can be either set to 48hz or 60hz.i read somewhere that the second monitor needs to be 48hz for the main monitor to go 300hz at 1920 by 1080. that didnt work for me. i’ve updated drivers, tried different settings, nothing. also there is only 8gb of ram installed on the mother board not the 16 that someone else stated. so this laptop can only support up to 40gb of ram at most. which i have installed on this laptop. 3 stars for it being a decent gaming pc, minus 2 stars for false resolution and fps

Horrible wifi connection and range. Poor second screen angle
The wifi would not connect to any network on arrival. Once I upgraded to Windows 11, it was finally able to connect to a network. I assume the factory shipped drivers were bad.The Wifi signal shows high bars, but nothing downloads unless I am within about 15 feet from my Xfi modem.Going into a room, the laptop always reported not being able to connect, despite high signal. One I walked out the room and had clear sight of the modem, it would finally connect.The second screen is not adjustable and maxes at a very low angle. Its only clearly seen if you’re directly above the laptop, such as when sitting up properly and having this potentially hot laptop on your lap. If using the laptop while laying in bed or while on an elevated laptop stand, the viewing angle becomes difficult and practically unusable.This uses the ugliest font I’ve seen on a keyboard. Very childishly gamer looking. The keyboard back lighting does not apply to the function keys.
