Screen crashes
I ordered the computer for $999 plus $250 shipping. I received a computer and its screen is not working. There are spots of yellow light and the screen is black. After talking to the customer service, customers told me that I can return it and get a refund. What I really want is to get a new computer. I bought it on Black Friday sale. Now the price leaf

General Review
The product is exactly as shown. I like the build quality feels sturdy. Few cons are that it stutters some times on the loading screen when it shouldn’t be. Also the battery back up is not upto the mark, drains quickly.

Unreliable at Best
Mobo is limited to 32gb despite accepting 64gb physically. It seems the unit is limited by firmware. The GPU is excellent for a laptop unit.I wish there were tactile buttons for mouse clicks separate from the trackpad. The ASUS baked-in software is buggy:Issue #1: Periodically, the mouse just stops working. This is resolved by closing the lid and re-opening, which seems to fix this issue temporarily.Issue #2: I have installed 2 x NVME drives. After EVERY UPDATE so far, the laptop fails to recognize the second drive. More than 50% of the time the second M.2 does not work.Limited options in bios to tweak/fix.Not compatible with SATA devices (which are more reliable than M2).

funcionamiento excepcional, bajo almacenamiento
de las mejores del mercado este año, pero 500 gb ya no me sirven a nadie
