Amazon Customer –
have had this 4 line cordless phone system for years
Thank you for a very good 4 line system. I bought this system when it was first introduced and it has worked better than I ever expected. At first the range wasn’t far enough so I got ATT-SB67128 4 line Accessory Repeater (Range Extender). (I was trying to cover about 4 city blocks.) I worked almost perfectly with a couple of dead spots (in a basement in a metal building (who would have guessed). I am still using this system even though I have semi retired and am using one line instead of 4. There have been a few replacement phones (3) over the years but they are very durable unless the get run over by a forklift or dropped 3 stories or left out and it rained(they don’t float well). So I have been very happy with this system. If you want to know all the features read the manual!

Quality system
I’ve had this very same system for ten years. I bought it directly from AT&T in 2012. It’s a bulletproof system. We have the base and ten cordless phones, plus a cordless headset, which is great for talking hands free. I’ve never even thought about the range of the cordless phones, so it’s pretty good. Every cordless phone is able to be individually named and the identifying name of each unit appears in the windows of all the phones, so it’s great for making intercom calls. The rechargeable batteries for the cordless phones are cheap on Amazon. In ten years, I probably have replaced ten of them. Conference calls are a cinch (We have only two lines.) Today, everybody uses cell phones, but the truth is that landlines are so much clearer, and with VoIP, the service is inexpensive. So, if you use landlines, this system is a no-brainer.

Good phones, worse customer service ever.
Ordered the phones and they arrived on the expected date. The phones were easy to setup and they all worked perfectly. Now for my reason for the 1 star. The headset battery had a charge and I was able to sync it with the phone system, this was on a Friday. I come in on Monday and the headset is dead. I called AT&T customer support and they informed me the charging unit is bad after having me try a few things, and I could either send it to them or send it to Isave.com. Here is where it gets bad. I called Isave on my cell phone and a person from India answered asking for my customer number. I gave it and the response was sir I can not hear you if I am not able to get a answer I will have to end the call and he hangs up. I call 3 more times and the same thing. I call from a land line and the same thing. I call again from my cell and I get a Indian fellow who says he has to transfer me to a different dept, well guess what, yup I get I can not hear you sir so I will have to end the call. This has to be the worse customer service I’ve ever had. After all and said I’m just ready to ship the headset to AT&T. So are the phones good, yes, but the service is the worse I’ve ever had. On top of it I have to pay to ship the headset to AT&T so more money out of my pocket. I will never order from these guys again.08/12/2016 – I sent my unit back and had put in the package a copy of invoice and a letter saying my office had moved. Both were not updated (and yet I updated my Amazon address). Took 2 days of tracking ups down to get my replacement headset. Well I plugged it in, synced it. Unit worked great. The next day I come into work and I see the unit in the charging station but no light. Well guess what I have a 2nd dead headset. Contacted Isave again and am waiting for instructions as to what I am to do with this headset. So far a very unhappy customer.Well as of 8/22/2016. Did some research and thought the battery was a issue so went and got a ATT batter, plugged into the unit and it worked. Over the weekend I come in and I have a dead unit again. Figure the charging station is bad. Isave says they must have gotten a bad bunch of units. Quest they have on quality control. Anyway told to send the headset back and they will refund my money. Oh again contacted them was a joke. Via phone was told to take a pic of the headset in the charging station and the s/n. Why I don’t know and they would contact me. I waited 2 days no answer. Contacted them via email and told to return the unit and I would get a refund. Again worse customer service I’ve ever had.

Don’t waste your money thinking the benefits outweigh the potential red flags!
Claim to have a 980 ft range but they barely left my building and my entire property is only 200 feet! So….nowhere near the range they claim. When you call customer support they ask if you have computers in your office (they’re office phones…what kind of office doesn’t have a computer?! Especially the kind that need 4 line phones systems). The repeater extended it by another fraction of the distance they said but still not even half of my property. Our own home phone could no longer call and get through to our business line, and we were notified by a local business that they were also unable to get through to us. So we believe we also lost potential customers who were unable to contact us.
