Great product for a reasonable price!
I have a small business and was looking for a phone set that was good quality for a decent price. I really like this set and it does everything we need. Has clear sound, voicemail, on hold button, etc. Great product!

Easy to set up and use
After having Panasonic phones for the past many, many years, I switched to the ATT cordless two line phones. They are lightweight and easy to set up. My only negative comment is that when using the speakerphone, I have difficulty hearing the person on the other end, and vice versa. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Not compatible with Comcast/Xfinity
I purchased this phone for my business. Today it stopped working, when I called Xfinity they said that there are a lot of problems with AT&T phones and that I needed to go but any other brand just not AT&T. I am very disappointed that less that 6 months and $200.00 later I now need to go purchase a new phone.

Typical ATT crap. Should have bought a Panosonic
Too many directions that become confusing. Took me 3 days to get through it.

No Hold Music or Option for that
Our old business phone stopped working so was looking for a 2 lined reasonable priced phone. Found this one from AT&T and thought we would try it out. Very easy to set up but here are 2 main complaints. You have to record an answering message separately for each line. This makes zero sense. When you put someone on hold, you have no music for the person to listen to, just dead air/silence. When I called about this and asked what we could do to change this, I was told they don’t have that option “sorry”. I would not buy these again, but since they are set up, I will use them.
