A&V Transmission –
Easy setup
The setup was easy and like the fact that it came with several handsets.

better brand!
So far…as opposed to my V tec phones I had they charge and hold their charge.

Item as promised, brand new.
A short delay (less than one week) in shipping but understandable these days. Contacted seller & they said they would email the status. Within a day, it was noted that the product was shipping. Good communication. Using this phone system in a small non-profit setting. So far, so good. Would do business with I-Save again.

Awful audio quality
Horrible audio quality. Since I’ve owned these phones purchased nearly a year ago, everyone I call has complained that they cannot hear me clearly (I hear them poorly but I can understand what’s said). I thought it was them and their phones, and blamed them (and they bought into it). Finally I told one caller to call back on my cell phone, and voila!, it was another world of clarity. I feel duped. I knew upon purchase that these were not “great” but truthfully, it took me 10 months to realize they are really bad. I doubt I’ll find anything better because nobody, it appears, has redesigned the 2.4 gHz phones since that standard came in probably 2-3 decades ago, when the switch from analog to digital happened. Purchase if you must as I did, but you won’t be a happy camper. Otherwise, these phones have great range. But if the earpiece is not directly centered on your ear opening, you might think the phone is on mute. All around crappy design. Shame on you AT&T.

No problems thus far…
I purchased these for my 8000 sq ft business. Each of us has a designated portable unit which also acts as personal pagers. I am pleased so far, though it’s only been a bit over a month.

Battery cover falls off the handsets very easily!
I don’t know where the battery cover went on one of my new handsets, but it fell off and got lost. Poor design! Otherwise, the phones work as expected.
