Great for a range of sizes
Iâve had this chair for almost a month and Iâve really enjoyed it. Itâs advertised for big and tall, but I still find it comfortable as an average sized woman.I use it for work so Iâm in it a lot. Itâs not very plush, but I like that Iâm not sinking into it all day. Plus the lumbar pillow is a great feature. I love the adjustable arm rests and the sleek designâitâs also very quiet; I havenât had any issues so far with squeaking. As for the build, I did need my husbandâs help, mostly to push the wheels in hard enough, but the instructions were very easy to understand and it came with everything we needed.

Great chair
Just got this and I must say it seems to be very well built. It was easy to assemble, very adjustable and comfortable. Would recommend.

Seems good at first look
Overall I think it will work well, I weigh over 300 lbs and a previous chair purchased from Staples was not weight rated to my weight and the cylinder failed relatively quickly so Iâm hoping that by purchasing this 350 lb rated chair I will avoid that issue, time will tell.Negatives: came with no assembly instructions so I web searched and found some for a close cousin of this chair. Also the screws they provide to secure the plastic side hinge covers were Phillips/standard head rather than the cap sock provided for the main installation points. These screws were both exceptionally difficult to screw in and both heads got stripped. I will be going to my local hardware store to replace these with cap sock head screws.Positives: even without the instructions was very easy to assemble with the tools provided other than what Iâve already mentioned. Chair appears sturdy and is very comfortable. Good steel construction. Padding very thick. Aesthetically pleasing design. If the cylinder holds up this will have been an excellent purchase for the price.

Awesome Chair! Sooooo comfy for bigger behinds!
Ok. First, it arrived about 3 days earlier than I was quoted for delivery time. Woot woot! Places order Thursday afternoon, and it arrived Saturday morning. Once received, I took my time to unpack and inspect each piece for obvious damage or flaws, didn’t find any. Checked everything off against the assembly instructions, everything was there and in good condition. So, I started the assembly. It was a bit awkward to attach the back to the seat by myself (5’0″ 295lb female), but i got it done. Hardest part was getting good alignment for the screws to attach the covers, as other people have mentioned. ended up using my phone flashlight, as it was the only one handy, to make sure I had it right, before popping in the screw and tightening it up. All told it took 1 1/2 hour from the first cut to open the box to sitting in it. Cushion is firm but not hard, back is perfect height, lowest setting and my feet sit flat on the floor, plenty of butt and hip room, and I wish the head cushion would come down about another inch, but . . . short people problems, lol. All in all, very satisfied with the chair. Will update in a few weeks, when I’ve had some time in it.

An absolute STEAL!
This chair is an absolute deal. I’m a bit on the heavier side and there is PLENTY of space for my giant dumper while also being able to sit on a leg or sitting cross legged. This thing is super durable and I can confidently lean all the way back and not worry about falling over. It’s super comfy and I have fallen asleep in it several times. My only cons are that the neck pillow goes on with an elastic band and comes off easily sometimes and that default castors are awful but that’s usually the case with default chair castors.

Overall a very solid chair for the price… so far. Update x1
I’m writing this review on 7/30/2023 and will update as the chair wears/fails or whatever else.I ordered it simply because it listed that it could support my weight, had a wider seat than most, and looked good.I am 5’11” and 285lbs, so I’m a big boy. I wear about a 42-44 waisted pant. Hopefully this helps other big guys figure out if this is a decent chair or not.So far in the few days I’ve had it, I’ve probably spent 10 hours in it all ready and I have no complaints OTHER than the seat is very stiff. Not uncomfortable, but more legit cushioning would be nice. But it’s better than my other 20 year old kitchen table chair I had been using.Putting it together was fairly easy, it comes with a multitool you’d need and instructions are pretty good. The screw that holds the left side hinge cover did not fit but I had a spare that was shorter. I did upgrade the wheels to rubber casters and it glides around the carpet in my bedroom very easily.Currently, I would buy this chair again if I needed one. I don’t regret it.Will update as needed as time goes on. I’m looking to get 3-5 years, or more, out of this chair at a minimum. We’ll see how it goes.Update 8/15/23, I noticed within the last day or so it’s started to squeak some. I retightened all bolts that got rid of a bit of noise, I’m not sure where the other noise is coming from. Kinda disappointed that for $150 it’s making noise not two weeks of use so far. Still quite comfortable and the noise isn’t much with headphones on, but still.
