Excellent budget video goggle
I am surprised and love the product after a few try on holidays. The product has very clear screen, built-in battery, light and comfy in wearing. I enjoyed a lot to watch movies and play game when connecting HDMI to my Apple TV and PSS console. I tried the 3D function and it turned out great. Two free adapters of USB-C to HDMI and Apple lightning jack to HDMI made it very easy to use without buying separate accessories. They worked nicely to my iPhone-14 and Switch console. Definitely it is a good buy given the great function and quality. I will recommend it to my friends no doubt.

Cropped 3D and Blurry Edges
3D Blu-ray Experience:Bought these to replace a dead 3D TV, but I guess I was expect too much for the price. For some reason 3D Blu-ray content is missing about 10% of the bottom of the image. This means movie menus and subtitles are either partially or completely hidden. I took pictures (not a easy thing to do) of the Frozen’s menu in both 3D and 2D to demonstrate this. Also the right eye has one row of green pixels at the top (also visible in the picture). There is a button to shrink the picture within the display, but this is disabled while watching 3D Blu-ray content. If you can overlook a small amount of the picture being missing the 3D looks great … as long as there is little motion. For some reason it appears that each eye is being updated alternatively at 24 fps (12 fps for each eye) which creates weird ghosting effect.I tried multiple 3D Blu-rays and 2 different 3D Blu-ray players, but the results were that same, although for CinemaScope movies (2.4:1 aspect) almost nothing of the movie is cropped off due to the extra black bars needed for displaying on a 16:9 screen and the subtitles are visible if they rendered completely on the movie and not in the black portion. The problems (I’m guessing) are from the low cost chips in these that only have enough memory to update one 1080p screen or both at a time and therefore all of these 3D problems only affect 3D Blu-ray content and not SBS 3D content, but I have no SBS content to test.2D Experience:Optics are cheap. It’s impossible to get the entire picture in focus. Even after fiddling with the diopter adjustment to make each eye crystal clear and then trying every IPD position, there’s always at least one side (left or right) of the screen that’s blurry in each eye. Fine for watching youtube videos, but terrible for things with text there, such as games.Audio Experience:Quality is fine with no pops or hissing in quiet moments, but the volume is lower than expected at max volume which is loud-ish, but you won’t ever have to worry about damaging your hearing with these.Accessories Experience:The the knockoff Lightning-to-HDMI adapter doesn’t have HDCP like the official Apple one, so Netflix, Disney+, Max, etc. won’t stream while it’s plugged in, but otherwise it works. I don’t have an Android phone to test the USB-C-to-HDMI, but when plugged into an M1 Mac nothing happened.Final Thoughts:Even with 3 dead pixels on the left eye, I almost decided I hang on to them just for watching 2D content, but I really want to watch my 3D movies, so back they go and the money will get put towards a Goovis G3 Max.

The Product lasted only for less than 1 month.
The Bigeyes H3 arrived on the 12th Aug. I started using it a week later. It went well initially. However after 2+weeks of usage, it just went blank and it simply cannot capture any signal any more. How can a product be so unreliable???I owned a Bigeyes H1 and it lasted me a good 2 years which is reasonable. That’s I decided to buy the new H3. However it is so very disappointing…….and I CAN’T HAVE IT REPLACD>>>>>>> Can someone help???

2D and 3D, Not VR, works amazing, very clear picture, and rechargeable.
My brother has the PS4VR headset. I used to use his headset to watch movies in 2D. This is exactly like the PS4VR headset when watching 2D content. The listing clearly states this doesn’t do virtual reality. I notice a lot of people don’t really read the description and then complain later. If you want VR, look elsewhere. This just displays an image that looks like a huge TV or movie theater. You can adjust the size of the picture. With that said, this is perfect for my needs. It has built-in speakers, or you can connect headphones. They included some cheap headphones, but I use my other pair that I already owned. I love that this is rechargeable and wireless. I got this because I share a room with someone and we have very different tastes in movies and TV at night. I got this so I can watch TV and videos on a big screen while the other person watches our actual TV. I love technology and gadgets. At first, I couldn’t get Samsung Sex to work, but I played with it and got it running. I have a wireless HDMI dongle that allows me to hook up my phone and use the Samsung Dex operating system. I’ve also hooked up firesticks and other things. I prefer the wireless dongle because I don’t need to keep it plugged in like the firestick. There are many adjustments you can make to get a crisp clear picture. At first, I only adjusted the focus and couldn’t seem to get the entire picture clear. Then I played around with the lenses and other settings, and it looks amazing. It’s like being at a movie theater when you maximize the screen. You can make the picture smaller and it’s like watching a big screen TV. The headset is comfortable and lightweight. I never had an issue using VR or 2D goggles like this, but some people get dizzy or lightheaded like my mother. I’ve been using this just about every night when I go to bed and have never felt sick or gotten headaches from it. This would be great for anyone, but there are a few instances where they would be really handy. One is if you share a room like me and want to watch different programs than the other person. This would be great in a dorm room or any other shared room. This would also be great for people who have very small spaces. Someone who lives in a vehicle like a van and doesn’t have much space for a TV. It would be great for a passenger during a long ride. I don’t just use this in bed. Sometimes, I wear it while lounging in the backyard. I love this thing. I remember telling my brother a couple of years ago how it would be great to have something like this after using his PSVR in 2d mode. I like that this displays 3D movies in 3d. I used to have a 3D TV, so I own a bunch of 3D blu rays. The 3D looks great. The lenses move in, out, and side to side. Make sure to adjust them along with the focus, or you will have some areas that are blurry. The lenses have a dial around them you need to turn. Once you get it right, you won’t have to play with it again unless you let someone else use it. I love these goggles. It’s like having a portable movie theater that can fit in a backpack. You can take this anywhere. If you pair a firestick with a small powerbank, you can make it even more portable and wwireless. My video is from the first day I had this. I’ve figured out more stuff since then, like how to use Samsung Dex. The video does no justice. It looks so good in person.

Flickers. Unreliable
Works for entire minutes at a time.Too unreliableWorks for a few minutes, then blankIâve only used the cheap cables and adapters included with the headset. Iâm ordering proper adapters and cables to see if they make a difference. Will update if anything changes.

Headset is uncomfortable
Gives me a headache within an hour. Not my eyes but the fit of it never adjust right. The way the edges sit in my forehead vs strap angles.
