Ordered this phone for my 89 yr old mom who just got on a government cell phone program, qlink. This phone said it was compatible with blink and UNLOCKED. after going through many people and finally got a BLU custo service person, I am unable to activate. Asked to return, and need a good reason and I’m still waiting for an answer. I may have to keep a phone I cannot active and out the money I spent.

Don’t Waste Your Money
I could not set it up. I tried to contact customer support, but I still did not get a response. The screen tab takes a lot of time to swipe and go to the next. I tried half of my day to set up the phone and still was not successful. Don’t waste your time trying to figure out this phone.
