Really Great budget phone!
I got this BluG64 as a secondary phone to use instead of my much pricier Galaxy phone to let the grandkids play on when they’re staying over so that my primary phone doesn’t have to take the abuse from the kids and their downloads. That said, this phone really performs well and can easily handle whatever comes it’s way!

I’ve been using this for over a month so far no glitching or crashing. Is there any particular feature that stands out as bad or good when compared to other budget offering “no.”Screen OKResponsiveness OKCameras OKIf you just need a phone, and not “the phone” this is a decent option.I’m not going to gush over how great an average budget phone is, but I can say if it’s in your price range it’s a good choice and balance of features & performance at the price point.I know historically Blu has gotten a bad rap regarding installed software, but thankfully on thorough examination in dev mode. it appears that they have amended their ways in this regard.

Amazing Value and Impressive Features!
Hey, so I just got myself the BLU G64, and let me tell you, I’m totally blown away! The 6.8″ HD+ Infinity Display is like, super crisp and clear, with colors that pop. It’s perfect for streaming and gaming sessions. And guess what? It’s got 256GB of storage, so I’ve got more than enough space for all my apps, photos, and videos.The dual 50MP camera takes some incredible pics, and I’m especially impressed with the level of detail in the shots, especially when the lighting is good. Plus, the device has a microSD card slot, so I can expand the storage beyond the built-in 256GB if needed. I popped in a 1TB MicroSD card from my GoPro, and the G64 recognized it, even though the specs say it only supports up to 256GB. This means I won’t have to worry about running out of storage anytime soon.The battery is no slouch either; it lasts a full day of heavy use, so I don’t have to carry a charger everywhere I go. Multitasking is a breeze on this phone, and it’s unlocked, so I could use it with my carrier without any hassle. Having a US warranty is also a huge plus, giving me peace of mind. Oh, and the green color is super sleek and modern, giving the phone a premium feel.The only thing I missed on this phone is NFC. I would like to use the contactless payment like my girlfriend does, but the phone does not have this feature.Overall, for the price, this phone offers a ton of value. If you’re looking for a feature-packed phone without breaking the bank, I highly recommend the BLU G64!

Terrible phone
I really wanted to like this phone for the color and size, but the processor is too damn slow, making it laggy and delayed, closing out apps and non responsive to the touch, please don’t waste your time with this phone, 0 stars.

I wanted to love this phone and keep it. It has a great screen and it feels wonderful. The problem is no matter what I did I could not stop apps from crashing frequently and randomly. Maybe I got a lemon but something was very wrong with the stability of the phone and I had no choice but to return it.

Bought this phone for my husband. I was surprised by how long the battery life is . It’s a nice looking and has all the current updates. The camera isn’t as high quality as others on the market but pictures are nice

A Very Decent Budget Phone
There is nothing bad about this phone, and there is nothing that stands out either. But for a budget phone, that’s what you hope for. If you buy this as a secondary or emergency phone, then you will be fine, and in the moments when you need it, it will work as intended. If you use this as your main phone, and you normally use budget phones, then this will be like pretty much any other budget phone. It’s only if you are used to iPhones and the top of the line Androids will you notice the shortcomings, such as the slower CPU (lag when opening apps and during transitions), the dimmer and less vibrant displays, and the not as good-looking photos. But then you remember, it costs less than $150, and you realize that’s a pretty amazing price for a smartphone with Google Play that can run pretty much any app in it. It might not all run great, but you can pull through if you just run one app at a time, and don’t run too many apps if you have to. Blu has been a reliable brand for about ten years now, and this is another decent phone by them. Who can imagine that you can buy a smartphone with a screen that’s almost seven inches big for less than $150 in 2024? That’s quite an achievement that we have reached, if you think about it.
