Great sound quality & replaceable ear pads
Great sound quality. Lightweight and comfortable fit for a petite person. Excellent noise cancellation. I specifically wanted headphones that had replaceable ear pads and great sound. I’m only writing this review because I was very pleased with this purchase. Great headphones!

Item arrived faulty, with the wrong case and stickers over the logo. SMH.
These Bose 700 headphones are supposed to be refurbished and excellent quality.Firstly, there were some weird stickers on the headphones over the Bose logo. Which I had to peel off and get the glue off them which was annoying.Secondly the case is some off brand hardshell case with no Bose branding on it.Thirdly they were defective because even at max level noise cancellation, I could still hear conversations clearly from halfway across the room. My partner had a pair of the silver ones and she tested them and confirmed that the ones I got through this retailer are defective. She could tell immediately.I will be returning these. And not sure if I wanna even bother with a replacement at this point because apparently excellent condition means nothing.TLDR;Buyer beware. Excellent condition means nothing to this seller.

I have really enjoyed this headset. BUT BE WARNED: I live in Texas and I made the huge mistake of leaving them in the cab of my pickup. The day got to 100F . When I got back to them the soft cover on the pads was coming unglued. I tried to glue them back on with a better glue which is a lot like putting toothpaste back in the tube (messy and ugly but can happen badly). So word to the wise keep them out of hot cars/environments or you will be buying new $$ pads. A few days after this I was set to take my new headphones on a airplane ride. As I was trying to fully charge the headset i started smelling something HOT. I started sniffing and found it was the USB-c cable at the Bose. It melted and distorted the plug. I pulled it off but the Bose headset worked. The Bose had a full charge so I took it. Thinking maybe it was just the cables fault. When I got to my hotel after using the Bose for several hours I put it on a charger at the hotel and went to dinner. When I got back the Bose had melted the socket and the USB-C cable to the point it would not pull out of the Bose. You can see the destruction. The Bose still had enough charge to use going home later but you had to be very careful with the remnant of the USB C cable that I could not remove from the headset.

Great For Cell Phone Calling & Music
Yes, all 8 mics work thus allowing me to make cell phone calls that are so clear you canât tell I am using a Bose Headset. I had bad luck with the new bose ultra headset – where I could not get the mics to work. Amazon sells the refurbished 700 model and this has worked out great for me.

Super cute! The noise cancellation settings are next level and also the noise isolation does a good job of only picking up my voice and not the background noise of the city outside my window. They’re also really comfortable and lightweight. They have button-less controls where you can swipe on the earpiece to skip songs, change volume, etc, which is cool. I bought mine refurbished so I was weary of how the sound quality would be. Initially there was static so I was going to return them but I realized the poor quality was due to the output of my work computer not the headphones themselves…so I recommend testing them on multiple devices to get a feel for their true sound quality.They make my day better! Well worth the cost for something I’m going to use every day 🙂

I have used Bose products for over 25 years. This set of headphones has lived up to their name sounds great wonderful noise canceling. Canât wait to use them on the air craft

A pesar de ser reacondicinado no tuve ningún problema, ni siquiera en el tiempo de entrega ya que llegó antes de lo indicado, al principio tuve un poco de problema para vincularme pero más bien fué por desconocimiento,y una vez que pude hacerlo, no más con la vinculación a todos mis aparatos, tiene un sonido excelente, fácil e intuitivo de todas las funciones y sà usas la Bose Music te va llevando de la mano y obtienes el sonido personalizado. No me arrepiento de haber comprado éste dispositivo, lo recomiendo ampliamente, pues después del mismo compré otros de la misma Marca, aunque són caras vale la pena.
Los seguros de la correa no son resistente, después de un mes de uso, se rompió uno de los platicos que trae. –
