I bought this in order to have an extra charging socket. It fits wells and works well for that purpose. I’m able to have my chargers continuously plugged in and still have an extra socket for use with items which are only used occasionally (tire pumps, lights, etc.). The only down side I’ve found is the brightness of the light coming from it at night. That is easily handled, though, by covering it with any item which is available at the time. If you’re looking for an option to provide you with more than one charging socket, this is a great choice and will meet your needs.*Edit 12/31/24: all charging ports work well; fast charge with port A is great. I’ve bought this as a gift too – it is a fantastic product. It seems some have questions about a cord – these is no cord as it plugs directly into the car socket.
