Great value, quality product! Updated review!
Primarily bought it to pair up with my riding friend’s comm. Haven’t used it for that yet so I’ll update my review when I do.Meanwhile, installation was easy. Pairs easily with my S10. Music sounded fine at moderate volume. I don’t intend to crank it up. I only need music to be in the background. Update: audio quality is good at all volumes. Also don’t intend to talk on calls while riding. However, I tested it while walking around outside with my helmet on. My friend said I sounded clear and I could hear them clearly as well.I like the simplicity of the unit with the 4 buttons that are accessible even with gauntlets on.Entire rig added about 8.5 oz to my helmet.Haven’t tested battery life fully, but it was fine on an hour ride.Overall, for the price and my intended use, it fits my needs. I ride mostly alone. The few times I ride with my friend, I’m counting on it to work fine pairing to what ever comm they’re using. UPDATE: pairs easily with my friend’s other brand unit. Sounds good, easy to communicate during rides with him.Update: I bought 3 and probably buying a 4th, 2 for my HJC helmets, 1 for my son’s AGV, 1 for my AGV.Note: installed the speakers without the mounting pads. The pads added too much thickness and speakers pressed hard on my ears in my HJC C91. The cheek pads hold them in just fine without velcro. Plus I like the ability for them to move around freely if I want to adjust position without unvelcroing all the time.

Worth the price
I had a cheap $25 one I bought off of Amazon it was just horrible audio was not very good and when I was on phone calls nobody could hear my voice it was cutting out bad. Let me tell you paying the $100 for the cardo is worth the price. Audio quality is amazing, no issues at all. And it also does firmware updates. This is no cheap Bluetooth headset you find at gas stations this is the real deal. It comes with two different types of microphones for full face helmet and half helmet. Comes with a set of speakers. Fits perfect and battery life is wonderful

Good value, works exactly as expected, speaker placement is KEY
Installation was super simple. Some people do the adhesive, but I chose the clamp/clip on my AGV K6 and it works well.I was ready to give this thing a low rating because of the audio quality, but it turns out I just didnât place the speakers well. My helmet has deep speaker wells just for this, but for some sized heads, it puts the speakers too far from your ear, resulting in a tinny poor quality audio. I then tried installing the included speaker spacer pads to position them closer to my ear, and the sound quality improved drastically! Decent quality sound, especially for the price.Downside:The EQ settings are only available with the HD version – but hereâs the BS kicker: the unit is capable of it, they just choose to lock it out unless you get the upgraded speakers and scan a QR code. So youâre paying for a device that you canât use all of. I thought that was pretty dumb.Aside from that, decent connectivity, easy controls and buttons and Iâve never dropped a connection yet. Took it for several 4+ hour rides and it was never less than 50% battery after any of those rides. Build quality seems very solid.

Fits my Arai Signet-X great!
For the money the Cardo Spirit is great. I rated it low on noise cancellation as it really doesnât have any. Given the cost Iâm OK with this.Installation wasnât bad. I did spend some time on Araiâs Website and YouTube channel gaining a better understanding of how to disassemble Arai Helmets (time very well spent.)Itâs worth mentioning that the Signet-X cheek pads do have a space for speakers. Thereâs are round cutouts for speakers that have a very thin bit of foam attached at on spot. Put the speakers in the cutouts and put the thin foam over them to help hold them in place. It doesnât seem to impact the sound quality at all.I have made calls with it and have gotten comments that I sound good. My wife even said she never would have guessed I was on a bike.I had a UClear unit on my Old Signet-Q. This unit was comparable in installation difficulty and cost less than my old unit. It sounded as good and was physically smaller. The tactile controls on the Spirit are one of the best features. You can feel them easily through riding gloves. It also charges faster and has a longer run time.

Yes!
If you need an entry level system this is the one. Plenty loud, easy to use. Just yes. I ride solo so I donât care about range of talking to others just my music. Volume stays at halfway or lower and I can hear just fine. Satisfied!

Great audio quality/comfort!!!
Just used the intercom feature with my friend last night and it worked really well!! Sounded clear and worked well with music at the same time too. It is a little challenging getting it installed right but after that youâre good! I had a cheaper set from some Chinese brand and they were fine for $20 but this is a huge upgrade especially with how they feel and soundð¥³

Get it
My husband had purchased the Ridekingz and he was trying to compare it. Sometimes he pinches Pennieâs like that but let me tell you the quality of sound is night and dayyyy. Connecting is easy, quality of sound is impressive, great value compared to options on the market. Linkable to Siri.
