Question 1: How to get the LED backlight work.
Answer 1: First, please plug the headset USB jack in your device. Then turn on the light switch on line control and the LED will light up. (The headset USB jack is only used for lighting the LED backlight.)
Question 2: No sound from the headphones.
Answer 2: Please check whether the volume control is adjusted well.
Question 3: Microphone has no sound.
Answer 3: Check whether the microphone switch is turned on. Then check whether the headset jack is correctly connected.
Question 4: It does not work on my Xbox One.
Answer 4: Please check and make sure the headset 3.5mm jack is well connected. Note: if you are using an older Xbox One model, you need a Microsoft adapter(not included) to attach to your Xbox One controller.

Cute!
Very cute, and work well. I didn’t use them for music or anything so I’m not sure how well they hold up to quality, but I was using these for work calls, which they did surprisingly really well for, including in helping eleiminate background noise, but mostly I use them for gaming, and the sound and mic quality are great for that. The kitty ears are adorable and removable so you can wear them with/without, and also you can move them to other pairs of headphones. The coloring is very nicely saturated, and the ear cushions are very large and soft, and don’t push my glasses into my skull.

Cool for cats headset
My daughter seems to go through one headset every year, but I’m hoping this one will last longer because it’s really well-made. Of course, she absolutely loves the cute cat ears, and the pink/white color scheme matches the design perfectly.In terms of performance, the sound quality is good, and her friends hear her clearly through the microphone. The ear pads are comfortable for smaller ears, and the LED backlighting is subtle, not overly obnoxious like some other headsetsâit complements the design nicely.With solid performance and quality at an affordable price, this headset is definitely a great buy!

Decent.
My girlfriend found these to be decently comfortable. I took a listen and they sound alright, definitely not a high-end audio experience but perfectly acceptable for chatting and casual gaming. I think as a first headset, a meme headset, or a backup pair these will do you just fine. But if you’re after good audio and mic quality, i would go after one of the more expensive headsets from a more trusted brand.

Cute and reasonable sound quality for the price
I got these for my sister since they’re her style. She really liked them, but is using them without the cat ear attachments because the ears are a little bigger than she likes. They’re not like the BEST sound quality, but honestly they’re pretty terrific for how dirt cheap they are. The sound quality isn’t bad, and for 20 bucks idk what else people expect. These surpassed my expectations for sure, just be aware what you’re buying. These are super versatile, she can use them to play on PC and console. She just started creating her gaming setup, so these are a good stepping stone for her before she invests in some decent gaming headphones. I definitely recommend these for someone’s first gaming headset on a budget.

Good sound but confusing
I bought this headset for my Nintendo lite and the sound is really good and they are comfortable but the microphone just doesnât work for some unknown reason but they did work on my brothers xbox but other than the microphone being defective its a good headset but i donât recommend if its for a Nintendo

They were good for the 20 minutes that they worked.
I was SO excited to get these headphones, but they ended up letting me down. I have a SIMGAL gaming mouse that I really like, so I thought the headphones would be good, too. Not too long into using them, and before I could even get on voice chat in Discord to try out the mic, the left speaker went out and never started working again. Needless to say, I’m not happy about it! These MAY be great gaming headphones usually, and I just got a dud. Who knows. I won’t take any chances by ordering them again to find out. Such a shame because they are VERY cute and the ear covers are soft and comfortable. 🙁

*Fan Girl Scream* Great Headset
This gaming headset is adorable, it has cat ears! Anything cat related instantly makes my husband mad so this was the perfect headset for me to get for when we game together (he thinks I love our pet cats more than him that is why he is grumpy about anything cat related). I loved literally everything about the headset from the adorable box it came in, to the design on the ear muffs, to the cat ears, to the ridiculously long cord that leads to a split end of usb or headphone jack.I appreciate a multidevice headset, sometimes you like gaming on your pc and just need a USB, others online on your console and need a jack to plug into your controller. This has both and again the cord length is fantastic, if it is too long for others you can tie it up but I appreciate the extra length. The mic is also a jack that you can put on or take off if you like, there is a section on the cord to control the volume as well as turn off or on your mic as well. The cat ears themselves are thick rubber and they can be put on or take off whenever you want. Once on they do not feel like they are going anywhere, the sound quality of the headphones is perfect, sound cancelling so you are locking in your own world without outside distractions getting in, and they are supper comfy for long term wear. I cannot recommend this headset enough, great design, great sound quality/control, great cord length, and love the split connection option. Highly recommend!

cute but surprisingly functional
These look like they are only good for being cute but actually they are fully functional. They are not going to be studio monitor quality for $20, but they are plenty good for things like gaming, which I believe they are marketing this for. Seems very sturdy thanks to the aluminum frame; it’s much better than headsets which are only made from plastic. From actual kids to big kids on a budget, these headsets will do the job if you like the cuteness.
