Happy customer
Bought this 8841 to use in my home lab and connect back to my client via MRA, and so far I have been happy with it. It came almost brand new packaged in its original box.

Cheap price but very dirty
The price is great on these but some of the phones arrive in poor condition. I’ve had to toss the glass cover that was covered in glue and use an antistatic vacuum to clean the headset that was covered with dirt over the speakers. Besides an occasional need to reset the phones, they do work but don’t expect a clean device.

Clean and cheap
Worked as intended and was cheaper than new one. No signs of wear and tear.

It doesn’t have activation code.
I need to know about how to activate this phone.

Complete Garbage
This phone does not work for any standard SIP setup. It is some proprietary Cisco garbage!I was hoping to replace all my aging SPA525G2 phones with new Cisco phones but no thanks! No more Cisco stuff.

Remember to make sure you have a license for this phone
Great phone works like a champ. Also like the features
Justin Ferland –
It requires activation, which has been frustrating as well as the fact that it doesn’t come with a power cord. Which would be fine if it mentioned that in the ad. Very frustrating
