Great Chair, Well Built.
I love the recline feature of this chair. It has been awesome. The pillows are good, the chair is soft and comfortable and fits really nicely to my size and body type. Well worth thr cost and I’m planning to grab another one for my guest room to help my friends visit in luxury. We’ll worth the purchase.

Nice chair with a few flaws
Nice gaming chair for anyone that is 6 foot or taller. Not that hard to put together. Helps to have a second person helping when putting on the back on the bottom cushion. I have 2 small issues with this chair. First issue is the left side cover must be the wrong part because it doesnât fit right. It is loose unlike the right side. One small screw holds it in place on the bottom but no matter how you position the cover it is loose. Not the end of the world but not perfect for a new item. The second issue is the smell of the chair. The foam smells like chemicals and needs to be aired out. It has been 3 days and it still has the bad chemical smell. Other then that not a bad chair. I did put on 3 inch wheels as the stock wheels are not the best but get the job done. Adding the 3 inch wheels makes the chair taller and rolls better as the are like rollerblade wheels. The chair is comfortable and was at a good price and is a better choice then a $400 chair.

Just buy it
I searched long and hard for chair that would fit me and my needs. I work from home 8 hours a day in this chair and it’s amazing. I am big guy 6’1 295lbs and it’s so comfortable, I don’t get fatigued sitting in it at all. You can move the arm rests any way you want, you can recline way back if you feel like it or just have it set to rock. There is plenty of padding, and it’s extra wide. It took my 8 year old and myself about 20 minutes to put it together. I really can’t recommend this chair enough.

Came broken, customer support number doesn’t answer calls and the link to the website doesn’t work
I was all excited about getting this chair but after the long assembly process, I discovered that the hydrologic wasn’t engaging with the arm that is supposed to move it. No matter what I did I could not get the chair to raise up at all.I was determined to fix it though so I took it back apart and discovered this little blue broken piece rattling around in the base underneath. I put it back together to see if it would magically work just in case but no dice.I tried the chair at my desk to see if it would still work for me but it was way too short even though my desk isn’t all that tall and my arm wasn’t reaching anywhere near the armrest. I decided to try to contact their customer support but the phone number they have listed doesn’t answer or even have a voicemail set up and the support website doesn’t exist when I go to the link. This chair can’t work for me if it’s unable to raise up, I did lots of research and was really confident in this purchase but I was let down. I hate the idea of having to take apart everything and try my best to stuff it back into the box to return it but my options are limited. In a world where the chair was NOT broken, I would say that the armrests seem sturdy and the screws do seem to be strong. However, the bottom sinks me in a lot more than I would expect and I think I can feel the base all the way through the cushion. This is a really bad sign for day 1. On top of that the sides of the chair have lips that my legs sit on causing lots of discomfort. The back pillow likes to fall down a lot and really should have a strap to hold it and the headrest is a little short. The pillow always sits on my neck when I lean back despite how many times I try to adjust it higher.I think that this chair could be MUCH better and I would pay more money for it if the base was stronger, the cushion had thicker memory foam, they took out the annoying side wings in the cushion that hurt big legs, and the back pillow was bigger and with a strap. It’s sad because all these improvements probably would cost only $10-20 for the company and improve their product so greatly that I wouldn’t mind paying more for it and it would have glowing reviews. Just one of these flaws is enough to make the chair frustrating but all of them combined along with the fact that my chair refuses to higher is just sadly a dealbreaker and makes it not worth considering.I’ll update this review if the company does reach out and solve the height issue, but I do question how the customer support is being that they are currently unreachable through Amazon.

Quite frankly, this is the best computer chair Iâve ever used
I have had the chair about a month now and the review is in. The stitching is superb on everything top to bottom. The materials feel high quality all around. Easy to assemble. The 4d armrests accommodate the funky keyboard desk setup I currently have. Major plusIâm an average overweight male 5â7 220lbs.The neck pillow is moves around just enough that I can always find a comfortable neck position. The lumbar pillow fits perfectly to the chair and I even forget itâs there. The reason I chose this chair is due to physical injuries Iâve acquired over my lifetime. The cushion is super thick compared to every other computer chair.I spent months making a decision and have seen every single desk chair on Amazon. So believe me when I say this. Donât fuss with anything else if you have neck, back, or hip, problems that make sitting for even shot periods, difficult.I am still going to get something to put on top of the seat though. It can feel stiff after hours of sitting. I hope that as time passes. The seat will mold to my bottom by and become more comfortable over time. The hinge lever came a little bent. Or so it seems. I have nothing to compare to. It works just fine though. You can see this in the photos. Otherwise. I have fallen asleep in this chair multiple times without realizing it while fully reclined and tilted. Yes this chair does both. It rocks back and forth as well as reclines to get a combination that feels like your floating. The only reason this chair didnât get a 5 star from me was the lack of a footrest. If your budget allows a chair for under 200$This is your only option to get comfort I cross-referenced these chair across the web looking for features and comfort. This chair is better than all those 240$ plus chairs.I hope this helps anyone who is having trouble deciding about sitting situations.Just buy this chair. ð¥°

Surprisingly comfortable.
Assembly was easy even with the tool provided. Seat has plenty of cushion. Adjustable armrest are a plus. I’m giving it 5 stars. I will update as time goes on.
