Works fine, feels fine. Not incredible not terrible.Iâve seen worse for more, but what gets me is that you can NOT charge the headset and battery pack at the same time. You must have two separate cables if you wish to do so.Fortunately we have a dock with two plugs but then you have a loose cable laying around that could get lost. Iâve seen many others for quest 2 that I have personally owned. They have a charging port on the battery pack and an integrated cable for the quest.This allows you to charge the headset and battery pack by just plugging in the pack with a trickle charge type feature. Very convenient. Itâs a good product but wish it had this.

Absolutely worth it
I love that this battery pack balances the weight between the VR component in the front and what would otherwise be just a simple strap in the back. I mainly use the Metaquest 3 to exercise so (if Iâm doing it correctly) then Iâm moving around a lot and need that balance. I also love the fact that I can exercise for 1.5 hrs and still have enough battery life to cool off while playing a video game or watching a full movie (and more) on Netflix.Meta- or whatever the company is calling itself, sells a âcomfort strapâ for about the same price. I have no idea why someone would pay $50 for a head strap that doesnât do anything except add a cushion across the top of the head when this device does the exact same thing + balances the weight + adds at least 2 or more hours of additional VR time.It was super easy to set up and 100% worth the investment.

DO NOT BUY
1st off, I ordered amazon prime and it didnât get to me until 4 days later. Secondly took more than a day to fully charge and when I finally first plugged it into my headset it worked for 10 minutes before shutting off and now will not turn back on whatsoever. I tried plugging back into the wall and the lights don’t even turn on anymore. This battery strap was the biggest waste of money and I don’t want anyone else making the mistake of buying this product.

Comfortable to use for people with glasses and adds playing time significantly
This strap is great for those who wear glasses. I had considered to order special inserts for meta quest 3 initially because the original strap was so uncomfortable to use. This head strap changed my mind because it is so comfortable to use and the fitting was great. There’s no need for me anymore to order special inserts for my Quest 3. I really like how we can tilt the Quest to put on the goggle, same procedure and comfort when putting off the goggle.Also, the battery pack works well to add more playing time. The cable could have been more integrated to the strap, but that’s not a real issue. Now with the strap I can binge on Netflix and enjoy endless Youtube videos in immersive mode while laying on the bed.Installation is also easy and intuitive enough, there’s an installation manual to get you through. Overall, it’s a steal when you compare it with the original elite strap.

Does what it needs to but could be a lot better
The product works and is generally more comfortable than the strap it comes with EXCEPT when you are sitting down and want to lean back. If you are only using your headset in a mode where you are only standing than this would be ideal for you. However if you want to sit back and watch a movie or enjoy the wander App this is going to be really uncomfortable in a short amount of time. But the biggest problem that I have with this overall is that battery pack doesn’t have a charge port that allows you to have it connected to the headset and charge at the same time. This is what drops it for me 3 stars to 2. Almost every other battery add on has a port that allows you to stay plugged into the head set full time. Not this one. You have to charge both separately completely defeating the purpose. I’m past my return window so I’ll have to hand on to it but I’ve already purchased another strap to try out. we’ll see how that goes.

Great
The main reason I got this was because I wanted something that would charge my quest 3 while I play and this does just that. Iâll play my quest till it tells me itâs about to die I plug it in and keep playing. It almost gives it a full recharge while Iâm still playing it. Iâd say itâs worth the money so far and it looks good feels way better then the straps that came with the quest.

Muy cómodo, solamente que los plásticos duros se sienten de mala calidad, y la baterÃa dejo de cargar en menos de 1 mes, ahora a iniciar el trámite de devolución. ð« ð« ð« . Las intentaré comprar de nuevo o buscar otro modelo de mejor calidad.

Al principio se me hizo raro que al conectarlo se desconectaba y conectaba pero lo puse a cargar y de ahi no presente este inconveniente, funciona muy bien que inclusive ya no se me agota la bateria del meta quest cuando lo dejo de usar, anteriormente lo dejaba de usar porque se me agotaba la bateria ya no presento este problema
