The product didnât come with any of the âpreâ installed apps that were mentioned, had the notification under settings but stated was not available. Would not allow download of DisneyNOW, moved slow with bad screen quality. Returned over a week ago and still no refund.

We bought our toddler this for long car rides or the occasional learning video at home. It doesnât connect to our phones hot spots on the road very good at all. It does okay with our home WiFi, but when you turn it on it takes a while for it to work. It has to reconnect then start up super slow. Nothing quick or high speed about it. The headphones are difficult to get to connect with Bluetooth & thereâs to way to plug them with no cord option. But once itâs up and running it does okay. Wouldnât buy one for our older kid, but for a sometimes toy for a toddler itâs okay. If we had to buy one again, we wouldnât do this one twice.
