Rock solid, works perfect
It’s a power supply. If it provides completely stable power, is quiet, and you don’t have to think about it after installing it, it’s great. This one is completely stable, is quiet, and easy to install. Including 12vhpwr in the box was a nice touch, and it’s a lot nicer to work with than the Nvidia dongle that comes with the 4k series GPU’s. Not much else to say about a power supply. No real cons to this one other than it’s a little stinky out of the box and for the first couple of days you use it. I assume it’s the powdercoat they painted it with rather than the scent of raw power, but it lasted a day or two in a high airflow case. Captain Stinky here has been rock solid since I first booted up the system I powered it with, though, so it’s not much of a complaint.

Perfect.
Powers my computer, doesn’t short out, all the cables are quality and bend when I need it to, no smells, no overheating, cables were adequate length, and looks like a power supply lol, but overall great PS and would def recommend.

quality basic PSU, great value
typical Corsair design, solid, good selection of quality cables included (flat, not sleeved). unit is very small for its performance, efficient, and quiet. only cons for me are a) there’s no self-test button like on the more expensive units, and b) only 7 years warranty. amazon delivered within 4 hours.

good
when my old noname psu started to make trouble,i did some research, mostly at cultist’s psu tiers list and have chosen this psu – tier a, available and most reasonable price, (750w, atx 3.0 & pcie 5.0 for future proof for some planned midrange rtx 5000 gpu)until this psu arrived i used some replacement psu (tier f) from computer lab guy .replacement psu was actually new one with box.so essentially i have experienced using 2 new out of the box psu recently.i write all this to talk about coil whine.f tier replacement cpu started quiet and after 1 hour loud coil whine began. i had just turn off pc at night. i didn’t really care because i knew it was a temporary one.interestingly, after 1 week of coil whine – it mostly disappeared and tier f psu worked almost silently.after this cpu arrived – it had similar coil whine pattern: start silent, then some period of coil whine, than silent. probably because it’s tier a – coil whine period was much shorter – 2-3 days.so people complaining about coil whine probably should give a psu some chance before rma.except that, psu is just working (now it’s 1 week since installing). my general load is way below 750w, probably less than 20% of it, so psu fan is just idle not spinning – best outcome for silence.

Works good, solid power
Needed to upgrade from a 650w power supply for a new GPU and this did the trick, no issues and the fan is super quiet.

Corsair needs better descriptions of their products.
How manufacturers name their products is getting quite frustrating. And compounding the issue is the lack of detailed product info. So there’s the RM1000x, the RM1000e, rm850e, rm850x. But some of these have different years and include different cables. Like one of the 850x ha3 three 8 pin cpu cables. Three?? Some will come with one or just two single pcie cables but then with the pigtail version. I think it’s less costly making the 1:1 but smart knowing some would pay more to order them separately. Also some reason the “e” PSUs, which are still good products Ive read, but are still inferior to others (like the “x” line) yet they come with the new 12vphwr cable whereas the “x” line does not. I believe the shift line of PSUs do, but I didn’t want to risk dealing with side cables as I’ve never had before. I could go on about this but I’m going to end up getting mixed up and confuse others even more. Point is: really research and compare what you want before buying. These are good rated products obviously, but just found getting what I wanted (kind of) took some trial and error.

Working good
Happy with the purchase. No problem so far. I thought it was faulty at first because of ground issues but it was fixed by changing my extension into a 3-pronged grounded surge protector. Fan is very quiet. Sufficient power to my 7600x and Rx 6600. Cable length is just right. There’s a strong rubbery smell at first when you unpackage and use it to power the pc but it goes away after a few days of usage which are all normal. It also comes with some screws for the chassis/case, a safety manual and complete modular cables as specified. Long warranty period. The item was delivered internationally without any visible damage to the box.If I have to name a cons, then it has to be some cable hook/clip being too tight or not “clicking” at all when plugged. So I really need to use force if I need to pull out a modular cable (like the mobo cable) from the psu.At the end of the day, power supply is functional and stable which is what’s important.

Gold certified modular power supply from a reputable make at this price point? Sweet!
Un usuario frustrado –
Es más pequeña que la fuente anterior que tenÃa una EVGA y es buenÃsima, es silenciosa y se desempeña más fresco que la anterior además de que es 100% modular y de buenos materiales, se siente su calidad.

Iâve been using the Corsair RM750e for about two weeks now, and Iâm really happy with it. This power supply works great and keeps my system running smoothly with no issues. Iâm running it with an RTX 4070 Super, a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, and a Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB cooler. Even with all these components, Iâm left with a good wattage buffer, which is reassuring.Installing it was easy because the modular design helps a lot with cable management. What I love most is how quiet it isâseriously, I hardly hear it even when Iâm gaming. The efficiency is good too, which means I’m saving on power bills. I installed everything two weeks ago so when I got my power bill yesterday, I actually noticed a slight reduction in power consumption compared to last months bill using an old bronze-rated psu. That’s only 2 out of 4 weeks of primary use.The price feels fair for the quality you get, so itâs a solid value.Overall, the Corsair RM750e is a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to upgrade their PC. Itâs powerful, quiet, and looks nice. Definitely recommend it!
