    Clean, cheap, drive bay
Looks clean, good airflow, tons of room for fans and on the cheaper side.Easy to build in but some caveats:Get your CPU power cable(s) ran before screwing down the motherboard. They won’t fit afterwards. Others have said they had trouble with ATX boards fitting. I did not. Also the peerless assassin 120 (not the SE) fits fine although pc part picker may not have it as compatible. Plenty of room in back for cables too. The glass panel sits on top and sticks out from the side of the case. More expensive cases will have the glass flush, and I like that aesthetic better, but for the price its fine.I needed a case with a dvd drive and this one fit the bill. There’s actually two slots up front but the lower is blocked by the mesh. The mesh can be removed but it doesn’t have rails to mount.

    Highly recommend this
It’s always a good idea to stick to the basics. This case isn’t anything flashy with over the top designs and RGB everywhere you look. However, it has literally everything you need to keep your pc cool, clean and keep your components lasting as long as possible. Simple and to the point design, fantastic airflow and 3 dust filters to save you the headache of having to dust your pc every week (although it never hurts to do that). I spent a whole week looking at cases and it became very clear that a case without flaws simply doesn’t exist, so focus on what’s really important and practical. First of all, this case is way more spacious than it looks which made building in it a breeze and its airflow is fantastic. It has a front dust filter behind the already mesh panel, a top dust filter and a PSU dust filter. The cable management is great and the case itself feels very heavy duty without weighing a ton. Of course having 4 usb ports in the front are always a plus. Compared to literally every other case this 1 takes the prize by a long shot and somehow its still affordable. The only flaw this case arguably has is its only meant to have 2 fans in the front, but I easily mounted a 3rd fan on there with some zip ties (they also give you the option to easily drill screw holes to make it fit but I didn’t wanna bother just yet). The bottom fan will be split between the top components and underneath the PSU shroud but as far as I’m concerned it looks great and provides extra cooling for the PSU. Do yourself and your components a giant favor and buy this case.

MX330-G: A Great Starter Case for those getting into PC Building
So here I am, writing this review for the case I bought using my newly built PC using the case as I write this. Honestly, for about $45, the amount in which I bought the case (not counting shipping fees and state tax), this is a pretty amazing case. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the best case compared to more higher-end cases such as NZXT’s H510 case, but for what its worth, if you want a PC case that looks pretty neat and has a high amount of airflow, then the Cougar MX330-G is the perfect PC case for you!PROS:- It has a LOT (and I mean a LOT) of airflow thanks to the mesh on the front and top panels, and it supports up to five cooling fans up to 120mm (two for the intake, one for exhaust, and two on the ceiling of the case), essentially keeping your PC nice and cool, even in the toughest workloads, meaning you won’t have to worry so much about your PC overheating. It also supports water cooling radiators from 120mm up to 240mm.- Supports up to two 2.5″ SSDs and two 3.5″ HDDs, allowing you to store as many games and software as both your SSDs and HDDs can handle when combined.- Comes with a transparent tempered glass window panel, allowing you to see your parts nice and clearly. It’s also perfect if you want to show off builds such as full RGB builds (like mine), or builds that utilize water cooling thanks to its minimalist style (more on that later).- Supports graphics cards up to 350mm in length (up to 13.8″)- Very minimalist style and comes with dust covers for your PSU and 3.5″ drive bay, making your PC look even better, especially when going for a theme/style for your PC.- I/O Panel comes with two USB 2.0 slots, two USB 3.0 slots, Audio Jack, Mic In, and a Reset Switch.- It also comes with a magnetic dust filter on the top of the case, essentially making sure little to no dust gets inside of your case, which also means you don’t have to clean the inside of the case as often.- The interior of the case is nice and spacious, allowing for upgrades as well for your starting PC too.CONS:- Cable management isn’t the best with this case, but it’s fine. (If anything, would recommend a semi/full modular PSU)The Verdict:While not the best case in the world compared to the more higher-end cases that are more costly, for what its worth (around $50 depending on where and who you’re getting it from, not counting shipping fees and state tax), the Cougar MX330-G is nonetheless an amazing case, and is a great starting case for those who are getting into the world of PC building. It also makes for a good case when it comes to budget building too, the only downside being its cable management; it’s not the best unlike other cases such as NZXT’s H510 case, but it’s fine nonetheless, as it is definitely outweighed by the many positives this case has to offer. If you’re looking for a case that has a minimalist style, a tempered glass window panel, and excellent airflow but don’t want to spend too much on the case, then Cougar’s MX330-G just may be the case for you.

Case will work with a CD/DVD drive installed
Nice case. The thing I like about Cougar over Thermaltake is that the feet on the Cougar cases are much sturdier. I’m a computer tech and the Thermaltake cases have very fragile bottom case feet. Quite often they brake off in shipping. This is important because I don’t want the hassle of returning a case. The case will also hold a system board and still have enough room in the front to install a CD/DVD player without it hitting the system board. Just a really nice low cost case.

    Solid Case
Used on various builds. Easy to work in and plenty of space to pack powerful hardware in.Pro 1: Sturdy. This case can take a pounding.Pro 2: Standoffs were preinstalled.Pro 3: Supports a wide variety of components. Large tower coolers or AIO liquid cooling with ATX boards and full sized graphics cards has never been an issue with this case.Pro 4: Doesn’t have that “gamer” look.Cons: Nothing to hold the glass in place after removing the last screw. Other cases implement side glass door removal better.Would I buy it again? Yes.

I got this case because it has a CD/DVD support, front USB and audio, has its own PSU bay, more ideal for cable management, looks great and costs pretty much nothing. I love this purchase, until I tried putting my motherboard in.For my motherboard, an ASRock X570 Steel Legend WiFi, the front USB plug-in ports are located near the back of the computer case. The cables from the front USB reach fine, but the front audio cables literally almost do not reach. If you buy this case, ensure your front audio and USB plugins on your motherboard are at the right side of the motherboard and NOT on the left side, such as mine. This is extremely inconvenient because that means you can lose a lot of perks from your motherboard to just support the case, which is extremely unreasonable. If your motherboard has it’s audio/USB ports at the left, buy another case if you don’t 3 cables running in visible sight across your pc – there’s no way to hide it with cable management.Otherwise, it’s a great case.

I used this case on my first PC build, I think this is a decent basic case. I had no issues with the case everything lined up with the mounting of the Asus mother board. I used a full size mother board that’s why I bought this case. I’ve been using the case for a two years now with no problems, and its pretty sturdy. I really like the glass window and I installed a LED light strip, it looks good. It comes with one case fan two wire but I added 3 extra 3 wire fans so I can control the fan speed. I used this case on a Intel i510400 build and there’s lots of room for a full size graphics card but I haven’t installed one yet just using onboard graphics. I would buy again if I need to build up another PC.

The case arrived with some scratches on it. If you think that’s a once-off, some YouTubers who reviewed this case also showed cases with scratches. For me, some screw holes for the fans were not drilled properly. Cougar’s quality control is severely lacking.Busting out the expansion slot blanks I found extremely difficult since they fold inwards and kept smashing into the components of my motherboard. Yikes!I was unable to insert the case’s USB 3 front panel cable into my motherboard’s header. I’m yet to decide who to blame for this, but given the lack of quality control in the rest of the case, for now, I’m assigning blame to the case cable. The design of the case is fine. It looks OK. There are sufficient holes for cable routing and plenty of airflow. The top of the case is very flimsy and plastic. It’s fine, unless you want to attach fans or a radiator to it. The dust filter underneath the power supply appears not to be designed to be removed. The clear side-panel has no lip to sit on when you’re screwing it back on, which makes that process awkward.I am annoyed enough with this case that I will throw it out when I build my next PC. 1 star. Wouldn’t buy a Cougar case again.
