This review is for the CWOWDEFU Android Tablet, 10 Inch Tablet B0DKHLKXZCThere is a game my wife plays. Those animations seem to lag on my older tablet. This tablet seems to handle them well. Mine came with a spare screen protector. It looked like there was one already installed. There’s nothing special about the stylus. It’s not something you can use for detailed artwork.You’ll want to dim the screen if you want good battery life. The default brightness was on full and I only got a few hours out of it before it ran out of juice. It also got fairly hot. A lower brightness won’t look as nice but it’s a trade off. I also noticed it ran cooler at the lower brightness.It’s a good tablet for the price and will probably do most of what you need it to. I thought about getting a case for it but I’m concerned about it getting hot.The Audio is on the quiet side and the camera isn’t great so probably not great for video chatting.

One of my major concerns in getting a new tablet is RAM, since I often have several things open at once and don’t like laggy electronics. I admittedly did not understand what 4+8Gb meant, I thought it had an expansion slot and already upgraded with an 8Gb RAM, for a total of 12Gb. I discovered I was wrong, and what it means is 4Gb of physical RAM plus 8Gb of virtual RAM that is “borrowed” from the ROM. Virtual RAM is far from physical RAM and in long term, is not very good for the hard drive to keep writing and overwriting its sectors, so virtual ram definitely does not in reality translate to what I thought the total of 12Gb was.Having gotten that out of the way, let’s talk about the performance. Because of the low RAM, it is a bit sluggish and laggy with certain more engaging action games, but it is OK for stuff like candy crush, word games, etc. It is OK for surfing the internet, reading, typing emails, watching Youtube, FB reels, etc.. I tested it for 4.5hours yesterday, running a live video channel from Youtube and it used 60% of battery, which is pretty good. And just having it on standby without the internet on, it lost about 10% battery over 17 hours. The touchscreen is responsive and sensitive, it connects to bluetooth easily for pairing audio devices and even keyboard. It comes with a screen protector film which is easy to apply. For a budget tablet, the performance is ok, especially if you use it for simple functions. Do not expect to play any action games or those that need more memory. Also pairing with a decent price point of $100 (with coupon) right now, it is not a bad buy.
