Amazon Customer –
Customer service was prompt to address issues
Very Pleased with this gaming PC, I originally had an issue with the graphics card and customer service was prompt to address the issue.

3 years later, still cookin’
PC works great! Bought the machine when GPU’s were hard to come by. Shipping put a big dent in the case, so I reached out and they offered me a discount, which allowed me to buy a new case. Apart from the case, I have added ram and added more storage, new fans etc. Still performs flawlessly to this day.

Not too shabby…
So far so good. Packaging could have been a smidge better, but it’s in 1 piece and nothing appears to be loose or broken, which is good. Runs quiet.

I feel robbed
I have lots to say about this order, but the short advice: don’t. Don’t involve yourself with the seller AEX Tech or frankly CyberPowerPC as a manufacturer.
I am a college student who initially ordered this PC 3 months ago as I needed a beefy computer to run algorithms for my summer research. Unfortunately, I have not got even a day’s use out of the computer since then. It arrived with both internal and external damage, and then blue screened within 20 minutes of use. After contacting the seller, they first seemed very sympathetic and offered a meager compensation of $100, as well as instructions to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. CyberPower took a solid month on the repairs, and requested the original box packaging when sending it in. After it returned from repairs, it still didn’t work. The GPU was absolutely trashed as you can see from the graphical errors on the two monitor pictures provided. From this point, I just wanted a refund, but the seller told me they would charge 30-50% (upwards of $1000) for “restocking fees” since CyberPower kept the original packaging. $1000 for a cardboard box, to restock a defective PC. Feeling cornered, I reached out to CyberPower and it seemed like the only solution was to send it in for repairs again. Another month passed, the PC returned, and it feels no different. It crashed 3 times in 24 hours, and benchmarks of all kinds revealed it was greatly underperforming in comparison to exactly similar builds.
The seller has gone dark, not responding to anything I send them, and I have been working with Amazon support for about 3 weeks now on trying to resolve the issue. This was my first big purchase as a low-income college student, and I saved for a long time in order to make it happen, but it has caused nothing but problems and left me with much less time and money than I expected to have this summer.
Please for your own mental health, don’t interact with this seller and don’t purchase this PC.

Great performance for the price
Bought this PC when there was a discount. Unfortunately, some wire connections were disconnected when I received my prebuilt so the front USB and some LED lighting did not work. I eventually figured it out, but might be a harder for someone who does not have experience building PCs.

Best Rig Iâve ever had (I thought) *Fixed myself*
July 2021: Really great gaming PC, works extremely fast & can run the most demanding games on max setting, I recommend using a 27â Monitor, feels like the perfect fit. With scalpers on the hunt for these RTX 30 series canât beat the price for this entire PC.
Update 9/11/2021: Something is off with the computer almost 2 months since purchase, every now & then the display port shows no signal at random occurrences and the only way to fix the issue is constantly hard restarting the pc, there are random occurrences where the computer itself would restart on its own and proceed to show display port no signal until a handful of restarts later where it miraculously works for a couple of days before it begins the whole circus again. Iâve been trying to fix this issue for weeks now and I know for a fact itâs not the cable nor the monitor since I switched out the cables and the monitor still having problems, it has to be something within the computer itself either the CPU / GPU / or motherboard. The only applications installed in the PC is steam & discord, nothing else, no viruses nothing. Once this issue is fixed this I will put back to 5 stars, in the mean time this is really disappointing especially after I paid more than $2,000 for this.
Update 9/13/2021: I fixed the issue, looks like the power supply Cyberpower PC folks put in a cheap one (Apevia 1000W) heard a handful of bad things about that PSU, causing malfunctions with other electronic parts with the system, the cables were horrendous & causing heat issues no room to breathe. I took out that PSU and bought another & connected it into the rig – CORSAIR RMx Series RM1000x // Works like a charm, all issues are resolved. Leaving 2 stars out of 5 because of how they donât mention what type of PSU is in the computers, felt that was sketchy and now I know why.
TLDR: PC issue – No display port signal after 5-20 minutes of using the pc for gaming or just in general // Randomly starts up having no signal // Random restarts while gaming.
The Fix: Replaced the cheap power supply that came with the PC with a much better one –
Before: Apevia 1000W Prestige Power
After: Corsair RM1000x 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular
