Variable power supply
Upgraded DC Power Supply: The upgraded DC power supply integrates various advanced functions. For example, precise coding knobs, USB and type-c fast charge, OCP short circuit alerts, high-definition four-digit display and multiple security protection Settings
Coarse and Fine Coding Knob: Unlike other coding knobs, this bench power supply is equipped with coarse and fine tuning coding knobs, the coarse tuning knob sets the value before the decimal point, and the fine tuning sets the number after the decimal point. The combination of the two knobs greatly improves efficiency
USB and Type-C Charging Port: One of the major advantages of our variable power supply over other variable power supplies is the addition of the TYPE-C fast charging port, which is different from the normal USB charging port and has a 5V/3.6A output for quickly charging your cell phone or other device, or for charging a device to be repaired
Short Circuit Alarm: Safety always comes first. When the load equipment is short-circuited, the adjustable power supply will automatically stop the output and emit a buzzer to remind the user. Not only that, the adjustable power supply also has the functions of grounding wire, leakage protection, overheating protection, voltage overload protection and power overload protection
Wide Applications: The adjustable dc power supply features an intelligent temperature-controlled fan and heat sink for excellent heat dissipation and is especially suitable for laboratory, electronic repair DIY, communication equipment maintenance, products line, scientific research and teaching units

Good support – works well
Power supply was delivered set to 230V AC input voltage – not USA standard 115 volts. I couldn’t understand why the max voltage peaked at 25 volts. Read the manual! I contacted seller and they immediately said to check the input voltage selector. Once set to the proper 115v AC input voltage the unit outputs 31 volts DC. The power supply is nicely designed and functions well having both coarse and fine adjustments for voltage and amps. There is a small rectangular hole in the back of the case that’s apparently to be used as a future firmware upgrade port. I covered it with blacks electricians tape. I checked the accuracy with a RMS multimeter and the output voltage was within a few millivolts of the displayed voltage, so not too bad. I didn’t check the DC waveform (flat), so I can’t speak to that. For the price and my intended usage the power supply satisfies all my requirements. Good value. YMMV

Works as advertised. Will wait for 5 stars if it lasts after a long load test.
Make sure you adjust the red switch on the back for your grid voltage.

This is a good benchtop PSU – ESP for the Price
I had my doubts, but the reviews were positive. I took a chance and boy let me tell ya, this unit is not too shabby. I scoped it, its a little dirty as far as noise goes. But that can be easily fixed with some inexpensive higher quality components. It came with a pair of cables with terminal spade connectors and the other end terminated with alligator clips. Both USB ports also work very nicely. Easy to use and plenty of Youtube videos if you have any issues understanding its complete function sets.

Good machine for the money, but beware if using for nickel plating.
If you’re doing nickel plating, this is a great machine……BUT………these machines overheat and the fan comes on. This interrupts the DC volts, which causes your nickel plating session to FAIL. ALL OF THESE CHINES MACHINES DO THIS. It only takes a microsecond and your plating fails, leaving areas that don’t stick to your work piece. Over time I’ve bought e Chinese DC power supplies and they ALL DO THIS. You can’t go over about 25 minutes max and the fan interrupt the juice. I dont know if there’s a solution, like taking the fan OUT of the machine and being careful with how long you are plating, to be safe. Botton lime you can’t spend hours nickel plating, the fan interrupts enough to cause plating failure. I’ve search the net for a solution, but there doesn’t seem to be one.

Nice features
I really appreciate the ground terminal on the front. Why doesn’t every supply on the market have this? I also like the power (watt) measurement on the display and the USB outputs on the front panel. These come in handy to power Arduino and similar development boards without tying up a port on my computer after the device is programmed. It would be nice to be able to set the voltage and current without the output terminals energized, but for this price I will gladly just unplug an output jack to set the values.

Worked only for 2 months
I purchased this power supply to provide 120V 3A for an LED panel lighting my garage.Initially I was impressed with the performance of the unit – the display is very readable, controls were functional. However, after about two months of using the supply, it started smoking, and eventually stopped working.I realize I am using the unit at its peak rated performance – however, if it is rated for this voltage and current, I expected it to be able to supply this power continuously. The unit was on perhaps 30-45 minutes at a time, a few times a week.

Good value modest DC power supply
The power supply 0-30V, 0-10 amps is a good fit for charging batteries or powering modest equipment. The unit can work in either Constant voltage or Constant current modes and provides up to 300W of DC power. There are front panel coarse and fine settings for both voltage and current and a large lighted LCD display for voltage and current used by the load. Be sure to set the AC input switch (rear panel) to either 120 or 240 VAC before plugging in.

I ordered the 5A model, but I’m pretty sure the 10A model also functions just as well. I have a much older power supply. They are reliable but super heavy and very large. Also, the one I have has a manual gauge. So I was looking to upgrade and decided to go with this. This is a small power supply with a lot of power. It’s also very precise. You can adjust the voltage and amperage easily within small intervals. There are course and fine knobs that allow you to fine-tune the right voltage and amperage. The power supply comes with short circuit protection and an alarm. It beeps and shuts down if short circuit is detected. Also, one thing I like about having this newer power supply on my workbench is that it comes with USB-A and USB-C charging ports. I know it’s trivial, and we take USB chargers for granted, but in my case, I had to disconnect my USB block charger to hook this one up and didn’t want to connect an extension cord. But I also don’t have too many USB devices on that bench. So I just use the provided ports. Very convenient. From what I can tell, using the ports while using the power supply doesn’t affect the voltage or amperage. But 1: I have not done any exhaustive tests, and 2: it’s possible with higher loads, you may notice a drop, 3: always take a safe approach. One quick note, just make sure your input voltage is set to the correct voltage. In my area we use 110V. This power supply takes both 110V (115V) and 220V 230V). When I received mine, it was set to 230V so I had to move it to 115V.Final notes on this, I find this power supply to be quite powerful and versatile. But it’s also accurate. I used a few different kinds of multimeters and found the readings to be quite accurate. It’s a great power supply to have.

This is a powerful power supply that can provide combination of DC voltage 0-31V and current 1-5A. Both voltage and current can be independently and accurately set. There are 4 knobs for the control, two are for voltage adjustment, one is for each step at 1V, the other one is each step at 0.01V. The other two are for current adjustment. One is for 0.1A, the other one is for 0.001A. Unlike voltage, the current is only set a maximum limit, not a steady current for the output. The actual current depends on the load. There is a 3rd row of display is to show the current watt. It is multiplied by voltage and current. All the display are clean and easy to read. There are 2 USB ports at front for convenience of charging small electric devices. There is also a OCP switch to automatically stop output when there is a short circuit detected. Once the problem with short circuit cleared the power supply will automatically resume output. This is smart. The unit I received has the power supply input at 230V. I switched it to 115V before I plug it into wall receptacle.I like how easy to use and the capacity of power it provides. Recommend.

Great update to the hobby bench. I replaced a power supply with analogue meter that switched between current and voltage display and limited to 24v @ 1.5. what a treat!Building solar powered solutions with SOC modules, focus being on current consumption forced the change. Having precision control over voltage and current, plus benefit of constancy current monitoring built in is going to be super beneficial as I get used to the new controls and being startled by the over current alarm!Banana plug ready for my quality leads means throwing away the “getting started leads” that were included.Didn’t perform any exhaustive load testing but did enough to become confident (using multiple meters for voltage and current) that the display matches actual – within posted specifications.Note that changing loads on the USB ports affected delivery to the main posts and current loads under test.Very happy with the upgrade.

I like this DC bench power supply!Build quality is pretty good – the all-metal chassis makes it feel like gear costing a whole lot more. The included cables with PVC sheathing aren’t cheap or thin, either. The posts feel solid as well and have a concrete stop when they get tight and I’m not sure I would have the strength to actually strip them. The display is very easy to read, although I’m not sure this style of LED display will hold up as well as a trusty brand like Fluke (pictured – now 30+ years old). The power supply output was deadly accurate right down to a hundredth of a volt. I only noticed a .02 volt difference at higher voltages and honestly it could be my multimeter that isn’t calibrated perfectly. Controls are super easy to use and split between coarse and fine adjustment for both voltage and current limiting and clicking each knob allows you to switch between the voltage digit you want to adjust. The USB A and C ports are also very functional and support a good spectrum of charging protocols (pictured) with the USB C port supporting PD charging up to about 30W.I like everything about this power supply – the black finish, the display and the controls.Recommended!
