Nice Product
Huge space and fast speed. I like it so far. I have a lot of files and photos in my previous laptop. And nowadays it is hard to find one with large space since almost all laptops are SSD which is fast but the space is limited only if you’d like to pay a huge amount to upgrade. This one is perfect to have 2 drivers to provide SSD’s speed and traditional drive’s space at an affordable price. Touchscreen is very useful for me as well. So far so good, and I will update later if anything wrong happens.

Easy to set up, the newest cpu works very fast and much better than previous one. Touchscreen is very useful. Dual drive is really great which provides both speed and space. In Dell we trust, the quality seems solid so far. Hope it can last long.

Track pad is offset to the left
It’s very hard to work on this computer because the tracking pad is not in the middle of the deck, it is off to the left side.

Honestly loved this laptop. It was quick and fast perfect for certain things. Sadly the software was not compatible with my business program. But it is good for a children’s school computer.

Buyer be ware
I bought this laptop with the intention of making it a dual boot system. Unfortunately, no one told me there was an issue with Microsoft and Linux booting on the same system. Oh, the dual boot finally went in and everything was working fine until I updated Windows. When I tried to undo and return the system to the factory settings, it refused to cooperate. I contacted Dell and they would not help. So I sent it back. Now I find they charged me almost $110 for this debacle. Something needs to be done about this rip-off. One thing for sure, I am NEVER buying Dell again. A side note, most of my machines have dual boot capability, even a couple of older Dells.

Read the Fine Print
This laptop feels cheap, there is no back lit key board, or finger print recognition. I can’t return it unless I pay 15% to them for restocking, fine print. The screen is terrible, my phone looks better. It isn’t as fast as I would like for the money. When I try to save items, the cursor keeps moving. I use it for photography and work. It degrades my photos that I upload. I uploaded them to my old laptop just fine. It id some update and deleted some of my photos. I should have bought directly from Dell, it would have saved me $50.

It is the best price for the same configuration on market after I did some research, other sellers are selling the same model for at least $50 more. So far no problem with it.
