Excellent value for what you get, more capable than you might think.
This PC came in excellent shape, other than a couple little scratches on the case it looks brand new, and the monitor is like new. This PC came on time, and was packaged very well and safely, clearly marked fragile and “PC” to help delivery drivers know to be careful. Setting up was literally plugging it in and than setting up the fresh install of windows 10, didn’t need to enter an activation key it was on board and ready to boot up. It came with a wifi adapter and has Ethernet ports as well. Buying this PC for so cheap I knew it wouldn’t be a gaming powerhouse, but it’s a lot more powerful than I imagined it would be. It has a slow write speed sure, but it can run more than you think. I’ve had it a few days and have been steadily testing what it’s limits are, and it can run Fallout new Vegas, it can play CS:GO on full servers, and I haven’t tried anything more intense than that but it seems it can go a bit further still lsince I’ve had no trouble with those games. It isn’t the fastest thing and definitely won’t be playing warzone or anything but for less than $200, it is a blessing how much I can do with this. For anyone on a budget who wants to game but doesn’t require the most bleeding edge tech on the market, this is an amazing deal. And for anyone who wants to do art, writing, work, browsing, sky is the limit. Wonderful product

Really good value
We added this for our business records etc. Worked perfect from the 1st day. Fast, lots of storage, and easy to set up. The ONLY thing to complain on is the monitor. Its the lowest possible resolution that you can buy and looks it. Adding a better monitor is cheap and easy. But look at the price! It was worth that without a monitor so I`m very satisfied.

Computer graphics what many good
I tried very hard to get this settled within the framework of wanting to settle disputes with their merchandise, being nice to them didn’t work, the graphics on the computer was not fixable. They did give me a return Label for the computer which they did receive January 29. From there no refund no other computer to replace it. I ended up going to Amazon support and they refunded my money, this review is not about me, it’s about the poor other people Which may be treated the same way as I Was treated. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone who’s looking for a decent deal fora computer that would work with a guarantee. If you read some of the other reviews maybe they lucked out, and got a good one, but if they didn’t they probably would experience the same frustrations with this dealer that I did. Would not recommend these people or their product.

Great
Computer works great. Comes with WiFi usb. Plug it in and connect to your home WiFi. The WiFi usb is very small so donât throw it away. Simple as that. Computer works and acts as new. There is no instructions at all so I will run you through the steps. 1) Set up the computer. Everything is color coded and can only go into certain spots. 2) Turn on computer and let everything update if need be. 3) plus in WiFi usb adapter and sign into your home network WiFi account 4) sign into your Microsoft account or make a new on. Pretty much as simple as that. You will have to buy speakers and a printer for this computer if you want to print and if you want sound. Other than that, you should have everything needed for a home office.

Double check refurbished computers with the manufacturer
I purchased a refurbished Dell computer desk top preparing for a work from home job. I didn’t need it right away, but in near future. It did not work , I called Dell.com for tech support who said by checkingvthe serial #, this computer is 10 years old and is at the end of life. This co. Should not have refurbished a 10yr old computer and sold it to anyone, I feel it was intendant fraud to me the customer. After talking to Amazon, who checked with the insurance I purchased, I was able to get into computer, it’s working, but I’m still concerned with it being 10 yrs old. Insanely good for the price!
I’m a music producer who uses FL Studio and HUNDREDS of plugins and virtual instruments. I was using a laptop to do it and it would constantly crash so I decided that it was time to purchase a PC. I decided that I didn’t need anything crazy because I would only be using it for Producing and I could always upgrade my RAM or add a good GPU if needed. Needless to say, I got my PC in 3 days and the packaging was incredible. Once I unboxed the PC the setup was smooth and their were no hiccups on the way. I have been using the PC for about a week now and it blows my mind at how fast it is for the price. Everything is so quick and smooth. Overall I would say 10/10. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is interested in buying this as a home PC or just to produce like I am. Bang for your buck guaranteed!

Great for 90 days, and then…. nothing.
I purchased this bundle for my home office as a telehealth provider. I decided to go with a traditional desktop vs a laptop because I felt I might have options to upgrade technology in the future, which could potentially save me money and reduce electronic waste.I used this bundle with a Nexigo webcam and found it to be a great computer for offering telehealth services. I had used it both with wi-fi and with an ethernet connection to my router to ensure connectivity. Used it on a Monday evening with my clients… came out Tuesday evening to prepare for the evening of appointments and the screen says that it can no longer find a hard drive. Um… what??? No idea how to get it to locate the hard drive… tons of Google searches, calls to tech friends…. no one can figure out what happened but ultimately I was 19 days over the 90 day guarantee and am screwed. 🙁 Off to buy a new computer.

El CP funcionó bastante bien, sin embargo me llevé una enorme decepción al notar que el monitor no sirve, ya que arroja esa pantalla en la cual no se puede observar nada. Una lastima que sea para un salón de cómputo y no pude probar antes el monitor si no hubiera regresado el producto. Lamentablemente no harán ni el cambio del monitor.
