Keyboards not lighted
Boots up fairly quick. The only problem is you canât use it in the dark unless you are a professional as the keyboard doesnât light up. Still trying to learn where some of the controls are i.e. the Volume control is on top in the keyboard as opposed to my former Acer which you would use fn and up or down button . Itâs a matter of getting used to different positions and controls. Like getting a new car with controls are in a different area that you are used to.

Awful
This has been the absolute worst laptop I have ever owned. I am finishing my masters degree and have had nothing but problems – freezing, updates that take hours, keyboard freezing, won’t connect to wifi despite no other issues with it, resetting and deleting files. Worst investment ever.

This is a great beginning computer.
This is a great first time computer for your kids but if you need to do multifunctional it spazes out. I work a lot on Zoom and my screen turns purple for no reason. I have to turn the camera off and back on to make it stop. It also difficult to open other applications while you have Zoom running. If I try to open a file to look at a screen shot, it freezes the Zoom while itâs trying to open the application. Very frustrating to work with. It is small enough to put in my bag and travel with so thatâs a plus. And the battery lasts about 2 hours depending on what Iâm doing. I will probably spend more money on my next one but this was what I could afford at the time so it works in a pinch!
