Rocky start, but overall great purchase
When we first received the package and opened it up, the computer was in excellent physical shape. Started it up and got a blue screen with a sad face on it, advising there was an issue starting windows. The computer restarted and continued this cycle several times. I called Amazon support, which was zero help. I googled the directions on the Microsoft website and started the device in safe mode. Once I was able to enter safe mode, it had me do some critical updates. When the updates were completed, the device ran really well with no issues. It is a fast computerâfaster than any other in our budget at Best Buy. My ten-year-old advised that it was âfast enough to play Robloxâ without any delays. Despite the rocky start, we are very satisfied with our purchase and we are impressed with quality, speed, and the technical support response!

Great buy!
The laptop came like new, very clean. As described in the product page, it does not have touch screen and I don’t need that function. The battery had issues and I contacted the seller. The seller shipped a new battery to me immediately. Changing the battery was very easy, it only took me about 10min. The new battery works great and holds charge well.As another reviewer mentioned, this USB-C connection does not charge the laptop, only signal/data transfer. So I connect a docking station to this laptop via the USB-A for data/signal, and add another power supply to the laptop power port.

Better than expected
Laptop is clean and cosmetically perfect. Only complaint is that the wiring on at least one usb port is loose. When I shake a connecting cable, the circuit cuts in and out making it unusable. I have not checked all the ports but I can make do with one working. I would recommend this company again.

What a deal!!
This was not the first time that I bought a ” renewed” product from Amazon and, once again, I wasn’t disappointed!! The seller shipped my ” new” laptop in a very timely manner and I just like everything about it!! It’s very clean, no visible scratches of any kind , no bloatware etc etc!! It is a replacement for an unnamed (my choice} brand that only lasted a year!! OK…I give up!! It was a Lenovo!! Bigger screen…touchscreen BUT the graphics are much better on this one!! I don’t know if the seller has anymore in stock…but if he does and you’re looking for a great product at an unbelievable price….GRAB IT!!

Lasted a YEAR!!!!
There us no way a laptop should only last for a year. This item was gently used and worked fairly well before it began not loading properly. I’ve done the diagnostics twice, erased very much needed software, reinstalled and everything it goes dead or is powered off, it takes Jesus, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob & Moses to get it running. Disappointed and inconvenienced! The 2 stars is for the year it worked!

Absolutely love this laptop. Having a hard time seeing the keys on my desktop. These light up keys are the best and make it so much easier to see what keys I’m putting my hands on. I forgot they put the Windows activation code on the bottom of laptop. I contacted amazon because it kept giving me an error code saying it was unable to activate my windows. Amazon put my information through to the seller and within minutes I recieved a phone call and had my activation code in front of my eyes. Excellent customer service and quick. Laptop is super light weight and just overall perfect. I usually don’t find a laptop keypad that compares to my desktop keyboard. All the keys are where they need to be. This one is just what I’ve been looking for. I learned how to type in typing class on an old IBM electric type writer. I type so much faster with the keys where my fingers can reach them so I don’t have to finger type one letter at a time. This is how they should be set up. Thank you.UPDATE: I do absolutely love this laptop, however, I recently started getting a pop up warning telling me that the battery that is installed in my laptop is not the right battery and could cause fire or damage. I have tried to contact dell and the product is no longer eligible for service because it is renewed and support for this laptop expired on October 2020. 6 months after I bought my laptop. I will now have to take to a computer shop and have them remove the battery (which is inside the computer) and purchase the correct battery for the computer so that I can use my laptop without fear of burning my house down or without having it plugged in all the time. If I wanted a junk computer I would have went to Walmart.

This is an excellnat Laptop and I couldn’t be happier. Now I’ve been building and servicing Computers since 1992 so I’m no Rookie. Some of bad reviews here, such as lack of TPM support for Windows 11 are purely from inexperience on the owners part. There are many, many articles on how to bypass the TPM check for Windows 11. It takes about 1 minute. TPM is over blown Hype by MicroSoft and is not needed at all. But back to the Review.I bought the Lattitude 7480 with Intel I5 6th generation 6300U CPU, 256GB SSD harddrive and 1920 x 108 FHD display. Windows 10 Pro. I bought it to upgrade to an LED screen as I use my Laptop Outdoors for Tuning Race Cars. I needed a really bright LED screen and this does not dissapoint. It is very clear and the Lit Keyboards are really handy at Night Races.The Laptop is super fast and is in ” As New ” condition. Amazon Prime had it to my Door Step in two Days. How they do it so fast is amazing. I had one problem that was rectified very quickly. The battery was defective from the start. Wouldn’t hold a charge. Seems to be a common problem, but experienced users know this. What IS important is how the Vendor responds to an issue.I notified Computer Deal USA about the defective battery and their response was immediate. They sent me a replacemnt battery right away by expedited Courier. I got it in two days. Very satisfied with service responce. Also, the old battery was the basic 45wh unit. The replacement was a HD 60wh unit!! It works fine and I get over 6 hours running Time on a single charge during Data Recording. Can’t beat that. Overall I am very pleased with Computer Deal USA and would not hesitate to recommend them to Friends and Co-workers.Edited: For spelling errors and a better estimate on average Battery life, after using the Computer over a longer period with various Tasks. Programs suchs as Data Recording are not as Power intensive as Gaming or watching a DVD, so Battery life varies greatly with program usage.
