Great Buy!
My business helps customers find the equipment for their needs and budget and this fit the bill perfectly. The laptop was in near perfect condition. Everything worked as described. We set it up for our customer and installed the additional software they needed with no issues. Customer was very happy with the laptop and so were we.

Poorly done wrap
In the past when I’ve bought refurbished items I’ve always received something that seems very lightly used. With this laptop there are a few things that make me think it’s been heavily used, which makes me worry for how long it will last. The screen has some marks that fortunately aren’t too visible when it’s on, and the paint is nearly completely worn off of the power button. I assume the body paint was badly marked because it seems to have had an after-market wrap applied, but straight out of the box there were already sections coming loose and there are some sharp pieces where it doesn’t perfectly fit the corners which rub on my wrists. Performance wise it works well enough for web browsing and streaming, I haven’t tried any games yet. I just really hate this wrap and wish they hadn’t tried to cover up how old this really is. I may have to peel it off because it’s scratching my wrists up, but I’m afraid of what I’ll find underneath.

It had a little suff on it that you can barely see. Other than that it’s in excellent condition as advertised! I’m satisfied with my purchase. I bought this for work as I work from home and didnt want to spend $1000 on a new computer. So far it’s keeping up!

This unit showed major wear and the top key bezel was cracked
Most of the time when I have ordered refurbished laptops they are good, this unit was advertised in excellent condition. This in my opinion was a good to fair. It also looked like the internal battery was beginning to bulge the keyboard and it was at its end of life. This laptop should not have been sold as an excellent. I ended up returning the unit to order another one.

So far, the machine has been solid. Even though I bought this refurbished, it seemed brand-new in appearance. It has been an excellent performer. Well-built. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this product.
