Be very aware of the previous reviews
The Thunderbolt stopped working and their response was “You are past our 90 day repair/replace warranty that Amazon’s Renewed Program offers and we are unable to assist you further”. You cannot rely on their products and I sure would not trust them.

This is the worst laptop you can ever buy. Donât let the price and specs fool you. I purchased this laptop on October and four months later, it stopped working. I messaged the laptop for help and their response was âitâs been over 90 days, we can not replace or returnâNow I have to deal with a laptop that doesnât work. I wasted over $500 and I wish I added couple more hundred dollars and bought something new and reliable.Big mistake. do not buy from this seller!

Runs well, but keyboard was not repaired in the refurbishment
Opened it yesterday, but so far seems to run really well. Faster than my previous and lighter too. I appreciated the specs on this one, for the price, and figured that with the refurbishment everything would be good (Except maybe the battery, but I’ve also had batteries on brand new laptops crap out. Batteries are finicky creatures, and I wasn’t too concerned about replacing it if needed.)The tracking on amazon vs using the tracking number on the USPS website itself, were showing different details from one another which I found very strange, but it did arrive two days earlier than the earliest expected delivery date so that was nice. It was packed very well, but after opening it up I discovered that the down arrow key is broken and keeps falling off the hanger. I use my arrows rather a lot and will need to order a replacement key for it, which I am extremely frustrated by, between the time that’ll take to ship and the money I spend on they key itself. A refurbished laptop should have had all its parts checked before shipping and anything broken replaced.
