La computadora fue devuelta, debido a que no hubo manera de instalarle el sistema operativo siempre dio error! El vendedor me hizo el reintegro del dinero en su totalidad sin problema.

Does not have a backlit keyboard as it states in the product description…
The “Product Description” clearly states that it has a backlit keyboard. What I received does not. When I contacted Amazon Customer Service, I was told “the unit with a backlit keyboard” is not available. Beyond that, the unit seems to function well. I’m not happy with the purchase because greatest sell for me was the backlit keyboard. It may not have been intentional but I feel duped…

Saved money going with refurbished
Laptop arrive as expected, I was not at all disappointed with the purchase. It worked pretty much right out of the box, and I have had no problems using the Dell laptop since it arrived.

Battery life /key pad
Battery life is only a few hours ,you would think being LED battery life woukd be much longerReally have to press the keys hard when typing ,of course only found this problem after installing all my programsSo do I deal with it or returnAnd the weight is ridiculous heavy , bit not a big deal since won’t be traveling with this boat anchor

So far so good
Bought this laptop quite afraid. Although, it have been working good so far, it looks almost new, good battery life and smooth performance, only the volume buttons don’t seem to work. I keep update if any issue occurs.PD: Running Linux Ubuntu

incorrect Advertisement
Was looking for laptop with back-lit keys. Amazon ad stated it had back-lit keys, but when it arrived, it did not. Sent it back for full refund. Seems Dell has some models of this laptop with back lite and some without, so best to check closely before ordering.

This had to be one of the best computer deals I’ve ever received. The laptop is great and pretty fast for an i5 processor. Nice 1080p screen. Seems to have good battery life.

I bought 4 of these and had to return 2 within a week because the batteries were defective and stopped being detected by the pc. After 3 months, a third one had the same problem. When I asked the seller for a replacement battery they simply replied that the warranty had (just) expired. I think that when you purchase a pc – even a refurbished one – it’s completely reasonable to expect the product to work for more than 90 days! There are plenty of other sellers selling identical or very similar alternatives. That’s what I did for my subsequent laptop purchases and my only regret is not returning all 4 at the same time.

Just received this laptop this morning.The power adapter that was supplied with the unit does not work.Had to go to go out and buy a ‘universal’ adapter before I could do anything with the laptop (there was absolutely no power available from the battery itself)Battery does not hold a charge ..Will be the last time I purchase any high end device from Amazon
