how to do book
I did not get a book telling me what features I have or how to operate what is on here. I am 85 years old and have been on computers for years but a lot of things I don’t know. like when my finger runs over the board and everything gets so little I can’t read it, I have a hard time getting it back where I can read it. also a book would tell me what this computer has on it as I have no clue as the seller did not provide a book also I thought it was a touch screen and it is not. Other than that I like the computer.

Great computer
I use it mainly for Adobe CC graphic design apps., very powerful and fast. Had one at the job I left recently and loved it so was happy to find it for much less than a new one from Dell (~$100 less now than when I bought it in Sept. ’19). Condition was flawless!

Windows would not install
The computer was delivered without an operating system. Got a full refund but what I really wanted was a computer. It was not in bad physical shape though. It looked new, but since I couldn’t turn it on, it was useless to me.

Description misleading.
In the description the hard drive is list as 512 gb. The actual hard drive is 256gb. Tried contacting seller and received crickets for response. Otherwise the product performs as expected.

Why pay $$$$ for a new machine when you can get a near new looking laptop like this for a fraction of the cost.Arrived on time, and well packaged, and the machine itself barely has a scratch.Screen looks great, and the DELL diagnostics ran through to completion with no issue.
