Arrived on time as promised and in good shape
This computer replaced a four-year-old Dell that was getting a little bit slow. Set up was relatively easy and quick. Still working on setting it up the way I want it to be. So far seems to be a good step up.

it seems to be used
I’ve always had good luck with dell until now. at start up and when it sits idle for a while it locks up. Nothing works but the video. The video intermittently has the digital scrambling. When trying to contact Dell when you identify the unit by the serial number it says it has already been registered in the United Arab Emirates and would not allow me to progress to get help. Hummm is it USED??

So far so good. The only issue is it was missing the Bluetooth connection for all my accessories. Had to buy a USB Bluetooth adapter. My Old computer had it already built in. It came with hardly any paperwork is there a reason for this? I havenât had it long but itâs good for now. Thanks.

Blocked Review … Be careful on buying this Dell Optiplex 3000
Third time reviewing this since Amazon keeps blocking the negative review. Description of the product is NOT accurate. Same issue as another reviewer in that my computer was previously assigned to a buyer. Spent all in around 4 hours trouble-shooting to find out that the computer was built without wireless LAN or a second video port. Took the factory customer service to figure that out. Factory blames here … here blames factory. Tried to charge me to return this item. Buyer beware!
