The best computer tower I’ve ever had
my new computer is so much faster than anything I’ve had in the past. I have a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse, and by the time I hit print, my papers are coming off the printer I’m ecstatic how quick this computer is.

Great Dell Computer
This new Dell desktop is perfect for my small business. It has plenty of storage space, which is optional, and is quick to get started with work. I had a Dell which I replaced with this new Optiplex 3000. I’m very happy with it. I have this and my old Dell attached to one monitor with an A B switch. Works great. Would recommend.

Good Value for Money
This is a nice, basic tower for business or personal use. It runs business software quite fast for a basic machine. A few gripes: (1) The lightweight plastic of the case makes the tower feel a bit cheap, at least compared to custom-built PCs that I am accustomed to; (2) the inside of the tower is tiny, so much so that it was a hassle to install an HDD due to the lack of room in the case; (3) the included RAM stick was incompatible with a Kingston RAM stick with the same specs as the preinstalled RAM; Fortunately, another RAM stick made by Crucial was compatible, which allowed me to upgrade to 64GB; (4) Lastly, I was disappointed to learn that 4K resolution is only supported via the DisplayPort. The HDMI connection will only get you 1920 x 1080. Fortunately, my monitor has a DisplayPort input. Overall, it is a pretty good basic computer for the price.

Meets everything I expected
Everything was in working order, computer matches the description (best I can tell), and is significantly faster than my old computer. The SSD is very quiet, and should be more reliable than my old hard drive.

Item came with parts, not connected inside
Maybe because I bought it through amazon but it kept saying detected no hard drive, I opened it up and no hard drive and some Hp part which was the flash drive laying loose inside luckily I know a little bit so I connected it. Letâs see how this plays outWTF

GREAT machine at an amazing price!
Wow. What a GREAT machine. I was astounded to get a 1 TB SSD and 32 GB of RAM for under $700. Being an OptiPlex it can use Dell Command | Update, which is infinitely better than Dell SupportAssist. The 12th Gen Intel processor also avoids the known issues with Gen 13-14. It’s fast, quiet, reliable and I love it!

A lemon, had to return it.
It had multiple issues, but the worst was seeing that circling thing most of the time.
