Great Price and has worked perfect!
I was a little skeptical about a refurb. Being a novice I have no idea how “new” the parts used to rebuild the Computer are? However, cannot dwell on the unknown so…..it was a very easy plug in and set right up! No issues, no tinkering with anything just plugged it in, it connected to my network automatically, and I was of and running! I was surprised and pleased. There were numbers available to the Seller for Tech Support if I had needed it. Nice job to the Sellers on building a nice machine! This new unit is compact and is lightning fast versus my old 5+ year Desktops.

Very Unhappy!!
Horrible experience as soon as I set it up. None of my apps would download nor would shortcuts save to the home screen. Music apps and meeting apps buffered terribly. I kept getting notifications that I needed to clear up space for apps to work other apps would not download due to lack of space . This has been a horrible set back trying to cut corners setting up a business by buying from Blair Technology Group. I called customer support and now I have to go through an exchange process. I’m missing money. This is terrible.

Consider another source for Refurbished Computers
Computer was recieved defective and crashed several times with a blue screen. I know this happens sometimes, but how a company handles it speaks volumes. We returned the computer for a refund and the seller deducted $187.20 for a “Restocking Fee”. After reading several Yelp reviews, this seems to be a common practice of this company. BUYER BEWARE!^Update – Seller ended up refunding the full amount.

Glad I tried JSM computers for my replacement
I read the favorable reviews on Amazon about refurbished computers from JSM Computers in OK. So I took a chance with their return policy since my old computer gave up the ghost and I needed a replacement. I’m so glad I did. I’ve had my Dell Optiplex 3060 for about 2 weeks now and it’s working just fine. They shipped it fast and hooking up was very easy for Win11. Documentation worked out well and I even got an extra keyboard and mouse (I was expecting just the tower). The price was very reasonable and my only regret is I didn’t get a chance to rate their customer service as I really didn’t need any. But it was all over the documentation so help was just an email away. I’ve always liked working with mom and pop companys and that still stands today. I know there can be issues sometimes with refurbished products but this couldn’t have been easier. Thanks JSM computers, I’ll probably be ordering another one down the road to replace my other Win10 computer.

Great Value & Service
Bought this computer (3060) from Blair Technologies because my current computer was running Windows 7 and unable to handle upgrading to Windows 10 or 11. Ordered on 7/24 and received on 7/25. Blair upgraded my computer to the 7060 at no extra charge. The upgrade did not have an HDMI port so I had to order an adapter (which Blair refunded me for!). Got the computer up and running a couple of days later and it has been handling like a dream. I will come back and update my review after using it for a few months. Blair included quick start up instructions along with contact and support information. When I contacted them via e-mail with questions, they were very quick to respond. I also like the fact that you are able to register the computer on their website and it has a year’s warranty included with the purchase. I was a little hesitant to order a refurbished computer, but ordering it from Blair has alleviated all of my concerns. I think I got a great computer for a great price. I highly recommend ordering from Blair Technologies!
