Great Value
So far so good.. I just hooked it up and tried it out. It super fast with solid state drive and and super quiet for the same reason (no Hard drive noise). The size of the footprint is way smaller than specified which is a good thing. it is 2.5 inches wide at the front 9.5 inches Tall and 9.5 inches long. A very small footprint no matter where you put it. It did not come with WIFI. I read that they will send one to you that you can plug in your usb port but. I had a good one laying around. The best part is it a flyer for multi applications but I am not a gamer so I cant speak for that. If I run into problems i will revise but so fall I am tickled pink.5/8/2021Update:6/4/2021My bad it came with a wifi dongle in the box with the keyboard .Still fast and reliable and has never crashed or locked up. I may buy another for the den. If i do it will be this same machine . i rarely give 5 stars but this unit is an exceptional value .

Excellent value for Money and Exceptional Customer Support
When I first got this unit, had couple of issues. First was disappointed to see the USB port in the front was not working and then Windows OS installation was stuck in one specific step, WiFi adapter was missing. Contacting customer support over the phone was not reachable.After a hard reboot, things started working and was able to move forward. I was close to return the unit, but then customer support had prompt response to my emails. Was very helpful, very prompt responses and they shipped the WiFi adapter. Once I received it, was able to update and install the Windows 10. Things are really good. The unit with 8GB RAM, works fast. Happy they included SSD instead of regular Harddisk. Great value, excellent customer support and I recommend this seller. if you’re looking for a PC to browse and mid size to regular browsing, this is a great product.

Great renewed computer.This is a second one I have bought for another room.Great price for what you get.Keyboard, Mouse, USB wifi (make sure to look for this , it is small and easy to miss).Good for business use. High end gaming it is not because of limitations on standard intel graphics card. I have had no problems with them both.

Good Used PC at a Decent Price
A person buys a used desktop knowing exactly what they are getting. A Dell OptiPlex is a known quantity that lasts well beyond its planned obsolescence and this refurbished one came with a keyboard, mouse, and Windows 10 so pretty much a Windows license with a free PC. The keyboard and mouse are generic USBs and get the job done. I installed an old PCIe video card and am running Bazzite on it for some light emulation gaming and so far it works like a champ. An OptiPlex as a sub $100 gaming PC is a healthy antidote to the $400+ gaming consoles in this economy.

Ordered this machine on a whim , it took 7 days from order to arrival in Ireland , Double boxed with very substantial bubble wrap case which covered whole PC . machine was exactly as described , very clean inside , no odour , almost perfect outside , slight strain on the front panel where someone tried to removed panel without first releasing hidden catch on the inside. But this is barely noticeable . No stickers on the front in regard to windows or Chip , ie I5 or I7 etc etc . But this again was cosmetic because the system says I5 with 8 Gs of ram. Service tag on the back allows to visit dell website for a more indepth view of system . Didn’t rate tech support because i haven’t needed it . Whisper quiet , USB ports on the front are a little stiff which would suggest they have never been used.Very happy with purchase

Good fast, quiet, small workhorse machines
I bought 11 of these machines and they are excellent for my office as MS is eliminating Win 7 support. One of the 11 machines had a defective off/on power switch and online i got it replaed and retuned easily. i got the working replacement the NEXT DAY! Good service. As theses are mostly used as terminals they are perfect for my use however tehy are a perfectly good computer as long as you dont need a huge HD. The SSD (240Gb) is a nice feature. A quick boot up is nice too.When i get there machines I get rid of most of the MS programs (games skype, one drive MS-office) Install Firefox and Chrom and Open Office (OO) and set OO to read and store in doc and xls formats.

I ordered this as a replacement for a similar Dell OPTIPLEX USFF that I had for many years. Where do I start? Firstly do not believe what is printed, this is only the PC and there is no keyboard, mouse or USB WIFI adapter. What really shocked me was that the SSD drive still had the previous users data loaded on it and it was not reset or loaded with a fresh load of Windows 10, which means that I could not even create a user account. So if you buy one of these PC’s from this supplier be ready to reload Windows 10! Overall the condition was okay but was missing a missing thumb screw for the access cover. Only two stars because of missing hardware and that Windows 10 was not a fresh load!
