This is perfecct, and at a great price!
The Dell Optiplex 7060 Tower Desktop Computer is perfect for my home music studio! My old PC could not keep up with the newest programs, and I worried it might give up any day. This refurbished unit operates perfectly and has all the power, RAM, and storage memory I will need for a long time. The only drawback is that Microsoft Windows 11 no longer supports my firewire hardware. The savings I got with the Refurb Computer, however, will help pay for the new USB interface. Once I replace those IEEE1394 pieces with USB hardware, I will have a smooth running system that should last for years!

Hooked up pc and Nothing!
Second time I bought a refurbished pc although from different vendors. Pc is not for a business but nice to have for certain personal needs..Never again. Had to send it back for refund as flashing amber power button light indicated board issues. So much for a quality inspected refurbished PC

Very happy with the purchase and customer service I received! I ordered OptiPlex 7060, but when the package arrived I found it’s OptiPlex 5060. Most features of 5060 and 7060 are similar, but they are not exactly the same. So I called the seller to explain what happened and I made them aware why I really needed it to be 7060 because 5060 did not have serial port which was important to me. Bob answered my call and after my explanation, he immediately took actions to resolve my concerns. With the shipping label he emailed to me, I sent the wrong package back next day. Bob assured me that he was going to send out OptiPlex 7060 as soon as possible. To show their apology for the confusion and inconvenience the wrong shipment has caused me, Bob said he was going to upgrade my hard drive free of charge from original 1 TB 2.5 SSD to 1 TB NVMe SSD which is a lot faster. He was going to send me Display Port to HDMI adapter and a keyboard and mouse as well even though those items were not included in the order I paid for. After only a few days, I received all the items Bob promised. I opened the box and started running the machine. Everything has been working great so far. I am really impressed with the product they build and the customer service they provided. Definitely exceeded my expectation. Will buy again from this seller!

It’s “Refurbished” but works like anything new!
We decided to update a tower computer to an i7 with windows 11 and found one on Amazon that is everything that a full price new tower would be! Very happy with the unit. It also included a wired keyboard and mouse. This one replaced the prevoius refurbished 15 windows 10 tower that is still working. We will continue to update our computer towers with refurbished units.

i bought this to add a graphics card and more powerful power supply too since my current PC is 4 generations older than this one. i had to return this PC because its TINY and doesn’t use any standard components, making it impossible to upgrade with a real GPU that requires a better PSU
