Great Windows 11 Computer, great value and service.
Great Windows 11 Computer, great value and service. Five stars. With microsoft discontinuing Windows 10 I know I needed to do something. My old computer, over 10 years old needed to be replaced, so I ordered this refab unit, and hit a home run. This computer is a refurb Dell business class machine looks and performs like new, it will probably outlast a new cheap computer. You’re not going to beat the price, it’s a no brainer. Get one you won’t be sorry.On a side note, I really don’t see much improvement windows 11 over 10, I would have been happy to stay with windows 10.

Works great, I had our computer store transfer all the info from my old computer and he installed programs (not Microsoft, but word and excel properties) so I don’t have to pay Microsoft on a yearly basis for word and excel.

A machine for the IT guy in your life
Unless you’re tech savvy and can resolve issues yourself, pass on this machine. I get error messages each time I boot up (No HD detected) and it locks up and then reboots on waking from sleep.I constantly get “case previously opened” warning. Had to go into the BIOS to disable that. Installed a small SSD to shut get rid of the No HD detected issue. I’m going to yank the RAM to see if that’s causing the wake from sleep issue. I’m still seeing if there are other issues. I might return it if there are hardware problems that bugs me.One more thing. It does a diagnostic test EVERY time I boot. I’m going to have to muck around the BIOS to see how to disable that so that it boots up normally.It’s a good computer for the price. Unless your tech savvy, give this machine a hard pass.Edit: I found what was causing all the problems: the M.2 SSD wasn’t fully seated. That cause an intermittent no HD found and crashing when waking from sleep. It couldn’t find the OS when waking up. I don’t know if it came loose during transport or wasn’t fully seated before being shipped out. Anyhow, after I fully seated the SSD, the machine as been bullet proof for the past week.

Defective product
got new computer in August/27/2024. Used it three time would not work right. Did a return request on it.made the UPS return label for it. Use the UPS website to track the package says it’s delayed. UPS lost my package. Up to this date october /9/2024.trade multiple times with Amazon to resolve the issue so I can get a refund.I’ve not been able to get my refund for my money back.

did not come with all the new cords etc nutold cords fit just fine also cant get head phone plug to work i need to contact them and see if something needs turned on the jack doesn’t work other than that works great
